Two months later, one of the batteries failed, showing a voltage of 1.45V. I returned the battery to the store, anticipating a replacement. The store manager, informed me that they would attempt to restore the battery and estimated that it would take 4-5 hours. The following day, after more than 24 hours, I received a call from the store. I went to the store to collect the battery. Although the battery's specifications were not entirely accurate, I took it and placed it in a carton box in my car. Upon removing the battery from the box, I noticed it was leaking a significant amount of liquid. I promptly contacted Dean to explain the situation. He stated that neither he nor the store was responsible for the issue, and it was my problem. I attempted to discuss the matter with him again, but his response remained unchanged. My efforts to reach the service department at BatterysPlus LLC HQ in Wisconsin yielded negative results. I contacted the service department multiple times, and they indicated they would communicate with the store owner, who would then reach out to me. They declined to provide any information regarding the store owner. After several weeks of waiting, I managed to find the store owner's email address and sent him a message. However, 1.5 weeks later, I had yet to receive a response from the store owner. All of the above is supported by pictures and docs The clear conclusions are: - The batteries sold by BatterysPlus LLC are defective. - The service department at BatterysPlus LLC is inadequate. - The BatterysPlus store at 1759 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, is subpar and does not accept responsibility for their actions and the products they sell.

Their own staff documented "caps has come off, small acid leakage, lid is lifted" in handwriting on their claim form. Their own test showed 156 CCA capacity loss. Despite all this, owner Jimmy Lipps personally denied warranty by phone, claiming exposed cell caps with leaking acid are acceptable on a battery marketed as "Sealed Ultimate AGM." Vehicle would not start within an hour of leaving the store. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
