This company is a scam. They don't keep products in stock, even though their website advertises 1-2 day shipping. You'll place an order, pay extra for 1-day shipping, and then wait weeks, or even months, before anything is shipped. A short delay is understandable, but this is unacceptable. They also won't let you cancel your order. As soon as you pay, they generate a generic shipping label, not an actual shipment, just to claim the item was sent. It's dishonest and deceptive. I bought four 12 Volt 75 amp lead acid batteries from BatteryClerk for my Ryobi Electric Riding Mower on May 4, 2020. The batteries cost $146.99 each and have a one year warranty. Due to a scheduling delay at an Ryobi Authorized Service Center, they were not installed in my mower until June 25, 2020. One of the batteries failed and was reported to BatteryClerk on June 6, 2021. The battery lasted for less than one year in my mower although the warranty had expired on May 4, 2021. These batteries are expected to last five to seven years. I asked them to honor the warranty and replace the battery since the actual operating time was less than a year and the warranty had expired just a month before, but they would not consider it. I would not recommend buying from this firm. They sell defective products, are not flexible in special circumstances, which results in poor customer service. read more

They are a 3rd party seller on sears.com. They might send you the wrong battery, and by wrong one I mean completely different size and model. It won't matter that even the invoice in the box matches the battery you ordered but the battery supplied has a completely different model #. You will email them if this happens. They will tell you to ship back at your own cost for their mistake and will admit its the wrong battery but too bad no return label will be provided. Horrible company with horrible customer support. When I finally got the battery, it did not fit. I sent a pic of the battery not fitting properly and asked for a label to return it. I ordered a battery for our business's handheld computer device. I wanted to receive the battery as soon as possible but didn't see an overnight or two day shipping option. Unsure the fastest shipping option to choose I called the customer service number and spoke with someone. She told me Priority shipping was the fastest that they offered she also said because I was only ordering 1 battery that I needed to order online that I could only order over the phone on larger quantities. She NEVER told me it was going to take weeks to receive the order. I kept checking in by email with the company and "Chad" kept emailing back that they were processing me order which means they are waiting to receive the battery from whoever they buy it from and then resell it to me. When I complained, "Elenita" emailed that if I wanted "100% of the same quality," I should buy the original manufacturer's battery. She also suggested that I contact the camera manufacturer to help me troubleshoot the problem. This is completely unsatisfactory. If there were a zero star rating I'd have given that. First, the site promises to ship within 24 hours of ordering if placed by 2pm on a business day. This is a lie, because they do not even have batteries in inventory, according to them. I ordered 9 days ago. I inquired as to when it would ship. I was told they don't actually have batteries in inventory, they order them after you place your order, and that my order "was in process" with their supplier- meaning it had not even shipped TO them yet, although they charged my card 9 days ago. Second, the BBB does not rate them but notes that they have multiple customer complaints to which they have not even responded. Third, I fell for the 1695 highly favorable "customer reviews" on their website. I should have actually read them- they are written in broken English, poor syntax, etc, probably written by one guy sitting at a computer outside the US. When I checked independent websites they all had the same story as me- pay them and learn 2 weeks or a month later that the product has not shipped.
