On 05/06/26, I called the hard-to-find toll-free number of 888-808-3520, and was told that the power tool battery that I ordered was not in stock and had to come from their distributor in China. She anticipated that I would not have the USPS tracking number until Friday, 05/08/26. I will update this review with my final thoughts once I receive and charge/use the replacement battery.

Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy.... Nothing in writing states all sales are final. Which he then claimed was the policy... If you're buying a golf cart go to a different place that is a reputable company with clearly written policies!

Rattling noise in front they were supposed to come out and fix that and the parking brake and never came. 4. I had the rattle fixed by someone else but they couldn't fix the parking brake. 5. Called again and finally got them to come, brake worked TWICE. 6 Again had someone try to fix it and they said the ENTIRE gas pedal/brake assembly has to be replaced...this cart was supposedly totally refurbished I have the golf cart less then 3 months. They had to contact him then he says he's sending another used motor and we have yet to get it or hear from him it's total junk we paid over 8 grand for it to work less then an hour they are rip offs and take advantage of people make sure you read the contract they only replace with used parts and you have to fix it they don't send anyone to fix it or have you bring it anywhere it is a shame we can't get no one to help us after spending our savings on a cart we can't use

The best deal I found was at Prime Golf Cars at 7100 Military Trail N in Riviera Beach, 160 miles away. We made the drive. David Paige, the owner, could not have been nicer. He was upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. We bought the cart from him and have had it for 3 years now, with no trouble at all. Dave gave us a free 90 day warranty, but we didn't need it, the cart was and is perfect. Now, after 3 years, we needed new batteries, (which is standard after 3 years) and a brake adjustment. I rented a trailer from uhaul, put the cart on it, and trailered it the 160 miles each way to Riviera Beach. Again, David Paige could not have been nicer, more patient, or more helpful. He did the required work over night. The cart was ready the next day and in perfect order, at a price, far better than any other cart dealership near me. Most importantly, David is HONEST. He does not try to push you into more than you need. He is a decent, professional, reputable business man. In addition, he is a very kind hearted soul, caring for and feeding a large number of stray cats in his dealership. We give David Paige and Prime Golf Cars of Riviera Beach, our highest 5 star recommendation. If you are looking for a new or used golf cart or ebike, and are looking for someone who will treat you fairly, it is worth the trip. Towing a golf cart is not a big deal. I rented a 5 x 9 open trailer from UHaul for just $24.95 a day and towed it easily with my little 2019 Chevy Cruze passenger car. It was no problem at all, and I towed it a total distance of 320 miles (160 miles each way. Nothing could be easier. Prime Golf Cars is worth the trip. Knowing that Dave is honest, competent, fair, and friendly, he is worth the trip from anywhere. He returns phone calls immediately and provides excellent communication. The owner is a CROOK!!!…read more I talked with him about purchasing a used cart. I sent him a $500 deposit & drove 650 miles from Atlanta the very next day. Upon arrival they were working on the cart desperately trying to get it running. He presented this cart to me as used & good condition. I waited 2 hours as they changed multiple parts & did not get it running. I simply said I was not interested in the cart at this point & if he'd just refund my deposit I would just walk away. He absolutely refused to refund my deposit. It's Jagoff's like this individual that keeps ppl from trusting online transactions. Do not do business with him & absolutely DO NOT give a deposit for anything. There is really no way of forcing a refund without going to court. I'm in Atlanta, just Not feasible. I hope to get my moneys worth by leaving these bad but factual reviews so that others don't get screwed. I hope his shotty business fails miserably & karma bites him in the ASS!!!
