I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it. I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.
