It was nice and cool on a hot day yesterday when I was on the treadmill and the same this morning when I went to lift. Very clean, new equipment, varied equipment, the weights were all arranged appropriately (VERY important to my brain), friendly and easy check in process, nice spin studio, seemingly a good class offering, and so not crowded at all. Having belonged to or visited gyms all over the country, this is by far one of the best. I sure hope to be back soon while my hotel is still under construction:)

Anthony designed a program that has helped me regain my strength and somehow managed to incorporate some HIIT (which I sorely needed) into it well. He is a world champion powerlifter, but he helps anyone meet their goals with professionalism, expertise and a lot of humor! I have also trained with Val, the co-owner, Connor and Ben. All have been professional, attentive and listen to what the client wants! Also highly notable is that my 80 y/o father with some cognitive decline has been working out here regularly for the last three months, personal training with Val. The difference in his gait, balance and strength is remarkable. He is much steadier on his feet, loves going to the gym and his three physicians strongly endorse his training. There is circuit training, coaching and open gym. Don't be intimidated by all the equipment you have never seen before. This is an amazing place, staff with even better coaches and truly is a judgement free zone.

Unless there's something that I can't do for myself I'm pretty much an "at home, fairly motivated…read moreexerciser". And have been for the last 30+ years. But Title provides me with the extra motivation, encouragement, support and PUSH that I now crave! Title was welcoming right from the beginning. I was pretty nervous, but it helped that there were all shapes, sizes, ages, men, women and a few kids! By the time I left my first class I was so proud of what I'd accomplished! A little back story...I've always been able to build muscle in my upper body, but destroyed my knee when I was a kid...so lower body and cardio have been a challenge. I'm also a foodie, so the combo of loving food and no cardio...well, I tend to yo-yo a bit! Enter Title Boxing, May of 2015...I was 44 years old, in decent shape but I needed a kick in the pants! I got one! And happily, I was able to do just about all of the exercises even with my physical "limitations"! I still have to modify some stuff...that's just the way it is, you can't let it stop you! And after a year and a half at Title, I haven't stopped! I'm a complete addict! My cardio is...honestly the best it's ever been. I can't even explain to you how pleased I am with my lung capacity! I wish I had done something like this years ago, but I'm very happy I do it now!

ill try to keep this relatively short…read more - both paramount acceptance and the zoo refused to acknowledge my revocation of EFT authorization, which is an explicit term in the contract and can be invoked "at any time". - contract says to contact paramount acceptance. they tell me to contact scott reed, who would not acknowledge the revocation. - zero communication about location closures. they are still listed online despite being closed. they suddenly lost the lease at a manchester and epping location and didnt send out any info regarding this. i had gone to work out and was greeted by a poster saying something to the effect of "the property was seized by injunction from brady sullivan". - if they suddenly (no warning) close the location you work out at, it is scott reed's interpretation that an alternative location with significantly less equipment (9 racks vs ~1 rack among other things), and a facility size thats less than a third of the original size, does not constitute a "material impairment" as referenced in contract. and that your cancellation is still subject to all fees and so forth. this is in reference to buyers rights provision in the contract "RSA 357-1". after this experience, i will never do business with the zoo, paramount acceptance, or scott reed (nh regional manager) again.

Walking into my first trial class at OTF with Aimee was a big step for me -- and it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made for myself. From that very first workout, I felt supported instead of judged. Coaches like Kylie (her blacklight class was unforgettable!), Anthony, and Cassidy bring so much encouragement, energy, and positivity that you truly feel capable no matter where you're starting from. The front desk team -- especially Samantha and Chelsee -- made everything feel comfortable and easy while I was figuring things out, and their kindness really helped ease those first-day nerves. Honestly, everyone there is amazing. I love the app, the heart rate monitor, and how motivating it is to actually see your progress. Just two weeks in, I already feel stronger, more confident, and more like myself again. My goal was to attend 3 classes a week, but now I've increased it to 4-5 because it makes me feel that incredible -- physically and mentally. OTF has already started changing me in ways I didn't expect, and for the first time in a long time, I'm doing something just for me. So grateful I joined this community, now you won't get rid of me!
