Here today! I needed…read morea dry cleaners and Yelp recommended Winn Street Laundry, it was within 2 miles of my hotel so perfect. Winn Street Laundry does their laundry on premise but they send their dry cleaning out. I'm not use to their prices, they have a minimum weight and Jezzzzus, their prices was astronomical! I asked how much and gasps behind me for asking and the lady at the counter "This is Boston" look and their awards let me know YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DONE RIGHT, SCREW THE PRICES. $7 freakin dollars for a single shirt? It was either my ego that agreed, determined to look Winn Street Laundry starched down and pressed or didn't wanna look cheap and couldn't afford their services. I said out loud "Good grief, I pay $2.79 in Houston for a man buttoned down laundry, heavy starched shirt". I felt the evil eyes trying to climb my Psalm 91 hedges of protection because one of the two tunnels here was closed due to construction and the traffic put commuter's at least 30 minutes behind and in traffic. These Bostonians need to fire up a joint which is legal here and CHILL OUT:)))) Anywho, my dry cleaning was superb and the heavy starch I requested cut my neck and was ready before time. My shirt collars was white so I had not a one complaint for my HARD earned mula. I received a text when my clothes were ready along with a reminder of the price, I like that. I learned a valuable lesson from Winn; order some white polo's from Amazon, buy Spray n Wash along with spray starch and save that money for 2 16 inch bundles of human hair:))) Here today! The seamstress that did my wedding dress made one beautifully and even added a zipper. Other places make them all the time. They are a low-skill alteration fix. The dress was fixed as best as possible by my new seamstress who is near me. Thank God I didn't bring them (Joshuas) my wedding gown! Therewasnoway to see what they were taking since they all went different directions. They emptied our closets and dressers. We had little idea what they took. No photos, lists or receipts. When they began to bring back our clothes, a LOT of items were badly stained and damaged. One expensive coat not only had several new stains but looked like a dog attacked it... giant rip. A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible! Don't ever do business with this unscrupulous company!!!

Because of my skin sensitivity the product that they used broke me out. I called and they rewashed ALL of my products that they just washed! No complaints, no ugly comments, just "Real Customer Service ". We were so grateful ! I wish that there were more stars to give. I will forever be grateful to Sal's.
