Very upset I paid an arm and leg to get my very expensive and favorite jacket dry cleaned and it is completely shrunk. Sleeves are way shorter and the jacket does not fit the same. read more

Pros: Roman seems to know what he's doing and offers helpful advice. They proactively noticed a moth hole in the jacket and added it to the fix list. The alterations were done professionally. Cons: Suit wasn't ready when I was told it would be. Roman called to apologize, but this was after I'd wasted a trip out to pick it up. Also, I wasn't given a good idea of what the cost would be-- from what Roman said, I was expecting in the $80-100 range, but it turned out to be almost $130. Absolutely, positively the BEST dry cleaners in the country! I trust them with my most expensive clothing. Even some pieces that I was going to retire already came back looking brand new after they cleaned them. I also want to say that their tailor is by far the BEST ever! I hate to promote her because I don't want her to get really busy, LOL, but she is truly amazing. You can trust her with your most expensive designer clothing. She will not ruin anything, ever. As a matter of fact, she fixed things for me that other tailors had ruined (I thought beyond repair). Love this girl! All the less than 5 star reviews are completely undeserving. Especially when you have the girl at the counter pin your shirt for alterations (and not the professional tailor), then get an apology call after it didn't come out right, and then get a full monetary $$ refund...it's just classless to go on yelp and trash them after that! read more

Excellent, polite and curteous staff. Every item I've taken there has come back neatly pressed and clean. The only complaint I have is that if you get the guy, he doesn't always put a sticky by a stain that you point out. One time a stain was missed but I let him know and he cleaned it again for me with no problem. read more

I give them sweaters that are starting to look worn and I get them back perfectly shaved and refreshed, it's really really just the best. Owners are perfectly nice and professional but the dry-cleaning process they use leaves a nasty odor on wools (akin to the smell overheating electronics makes). I find it almost impossible to get rid of and its the type of thing that causes a mild allergic reaction (in those of us who are chemically sensitive). read more

I have been taking my clothing to Vasso and Prokopi on a weekly basis since 2015 (~5 outfits per week). The service that they provide is unparalleled. Each garment is expertly and gently handled, stains are removed, and pressing is perfect (blends, silks, cottons, wools). I always feel and look terrific in the clothing they prepare. Several older Brooks Brothers button down shirts were fairly worn and ready to be replaced; Prokopi brought these back to life. These shirts now look elegant and new -- to me this is real value. This is a long-standing family business in our community. This family knows and loves their trade.
