Completely refuses to listen to a full sentence but is happy to rant manically about what he thinks the topic of discussion is. I respectfully tell him again that he's misunderstood me and I'm happy to explain briefly if he's willing to listen without interrupting. He said he's not interested. I find it hard to understand how he thinks he knows what I'm about to say when I got a total of less than 2 sentences in while he spoke for about 5 minutes of completely irrelevant info. If he was too busy or not interested he should've sent me to voicemail or politely explained without hatefully wasting my time.

It was a no-show; no call or text as to why they were late or not showing up. You would think between the two of them, at least one of them would have called. It was that time again for septic to be cleaned so that no problems were had. Fortunately, Curtis found a crack at the top of our septic that was allowing groundwater in resulting in a higher than normal tank, which could not continue. Rather than deal with a bigger issue down the road we opted to have Austin's repair our septic and install a better manhole cover that would stop the issue from occurring. we were able to get an appointment rapidly to get the matter resolved and hopefully the next time we see Austin's everything will be A-OK.
