This is an excellent company . The last person that worked on this main line busted a gas line tore up my neighbor's yard and left me hanging on multiple levels . Conley came out tore up the line replace the line had to dig into the street to tie into the public sewage . They went above and beyond they were a blessing they did an excellent job . Not only did they do an excellent job on the sewer line but they put gravel back down on my driveway which I've been meaning to get to for so long . Also the Widow next door the last company tore her yard up they fixed it for free . What a blessing . They even regraveled her driveway . This company may be good plumbers but what ever you do please don't let them touch your Generac Generator. Mine had 2.5 running time and they charged me $465 for a new battery and spark plugs when the issue was the engine came apart. Obviously a warranty issue. I asked for a bill adjustment and they refused. They told me that I needed a gas meter upgrade after that which I did agree with. They need to stay with plumbing only! read more

I had Connelly come out for both my HVAC and to install a shower heads, sink faucet and check out the garbage disposal. They sent out different specialists for the respective services. The plumber was great! He installed the faucets quickly, and advised me the disposal was in working order. He was polite, and professional and I was very pleased with the work he did. The HVAC service deserves it's own review now. The specialist Michael was amazing! He was looking over an AC unit and heating system installed in 1996. He discovered the igniter needed to be replaced on the heater, and that there was a crack in the exhaust vent. Nothing like a little carbon monoxide to help you sleep at night am I right? He showed me the parts so I knew he wasn't making anything up, and because he didn't have the parts on hand he had a coworker swing by with them. He noted that the air filter was a disaster and recommended that the ducts be cleaned. He pulled apart the AC unit which he couldn't believe was still running it was so jammed up with debris, and sincerely recommended when mowing the lawn to point the debris away from the unit. The kicker came when a huge black widow crawled out from the vent casing and he deadpanned "If it jumps at me I am outta here". The costs of their services was more than reasonable, and I can sleep at night knowing I am not going to possibly die from carbon monoxide poisoning and I will be nice and cool with my AC. So yup, I recommend them. They are a great company, with employees who have a strong work ethic. read more

We had Connelly out to inspect our boiler (we have old cast iron radiators); the technician inspected our system and answered any questions we had and...showed up when they said they would!!! At 2:00 am on a Sunday morning our water shut-off valve burst in our home and we called Connelly since we had used them before. Lane was they tech on call and he promptly returned my call and arrived at 3:15. The job was finished by 4:30 and Lane was fantastic I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home he was fast, friendly, professional, and prompt. I wouldn't recommend calling anyone else except Connelly. Lane is a great guy we even had a few laughs and at 4 am on a Sunday morning laughs are hard to come by. read more

When I arrived home Friday night, my husband informed me that he had accidentally gotten too close to the A/C unit with the weed-eater, and the unit wouldn't kick on. Today, a friend of ours (who had minor experience working with A/C units) came out and helped replace wiring, but we still couldn't get the unit to kick on. So I called Connelly. I wanted to extend my compliments to Jake, the service technician who came out and helped us. He did everything he could to help over the phone, knowing exactly what was wrong and instructing my husband best he could, but ultimately we didn't know what we were looking for, and we had exhausted our friend's knowledge. Jake from Connelly came out and had us back up in 10 minutes, then stayed around to hose off our unit and clean it out a bit because he felt bad that a simple fix came with the cost of a service call (which was very reasonable). We're both highly impressed with Connelly and will absolutely be relying on them when we need help again. read more

My husband was going to replace the toilet in our bathroom himself. All was going well until he tried to replace the water cutoff valve. For some reason it wouldn't come off. After the water was mopped up we decided we needed to find a plumber to fix it for us. The problem was, it was after 6pm on Sat. Night. We called Connelly plumbing, Andrew was here within the hour. He came in and jumped on our all day project and had a new valve and the toilet install before my husband got back with the pizza! Wow! Now that's what I call great service! Since this was going to be a major investment, I was thankful for the good recommendation. Donna is truly an expert. Have used Connelly Plumbing, Heating & Air as my PM for over seven years. Had my family use them as well. June came, AC went out in one of my units. They got here quick! Accessing the problem was a little bit of an issue. Bid to fix was a little high. Yes, I sought a second opinion. Got up in attic with the second opinion and found filter that did not fit sticking out of unit, with filter door open, as was the same with my family's unit. Called to ask questions regarding bid and what I had found. Could not get straight answers. I cancelled my repairs (part of which were not needed) and went with my second opinion. Saddens me as they have always been very nice, helpful, respectful, timely. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Have never even received a courtesy call as to why or what lead to my decision. Sad after over seven years of doing business with them. read more
