Going on 2 month COVID lockdown, I savagely stocked up on potato chips like there was no tomorrow, bread, pasta and loaded up on a 20lb bag of rice during that first month to make Moro.
But mid April, I had a massive wake-up call and realized I had to call it quits. In essence, I soul-searched and prioritized what I eat, which supplements I take, how much I exercise, ditch the carbs and really focus on a more holistic wellness and beauty care routine. Not that I did not do so pre-Corona, but I needed a brand new reboot. And now that I have the time between teaching- beauty and wellness has been center stage more than ever. I'm cleansing and slathering on my serums and moisturizers and using rose hip oil. Rolling your eyes?
Well...in comes Baudelaire Soaps (selling more than just soaps). I started reading about dry brushing and "how it detoxifies your skin and creates a healthy blood circulation" yada yada yada. So I Googled 'dry brushes' and liked Baudelaire's. Purchased the large which has a nice twine rope-covered handle on it. Texture? It's a brush. So far, I've gotten used it.
