When I called the store to report the issue, instead of receiving an apology, I was met with a defensive explanation about how things were scanned and that's what they rely on. It seems reading is out of style these days. They made no effort to help me. They just said, "Well, bring it back to the store and we'll figure it out." So much for customer service. I guess they think they can charge high prices for their products and treat people this way, expecting we'll keep coming back? I don't think so. They better do something to make up for this hassle. I won't be buying any more Oliplex from Ulta.
