Initially I took my shoes to the shoe repair shop on Hayden and Shea (Scottsdale) close to my home but the owner was gruff and said he didn't have time to deal with it. This was not the first time he was like this. If he can't be bothered on a small request why should I continue to bring my shoes and leather belts to repair or re-size?
