I like that he's on the side of the road & accepts credit cards, debit cards etc; that's a plus because I just don't carry cash. Additionally, even though most times he's a one man operation, he gets the job done. I've seen a line 6 people deep & he managed to get it down without anyone complaining. He takes his time weighs them out, places them inside a bag, then rolls them in newspaper, several sheets thick, might I add. I've taken shrimp back home to New Orleans without even as much as a drop of 'shrimp juice' leaking out the bag & no shrimpy smell either. I'm impressed. I live in a landlocked state where shrimp is far more expensive and not nearly as fresh. We got our shrimp in the afternoon, it had been caught earlier that day.
