They didn't stand behind their work. The company that made the faulty material replaced it, but Chris's charged me $600. labor. Later the entire chairs started peeling as well, and sge wouldn't do a thing about it. Over $2000. I put into these, and now have to have itcall done again. I'll never recommend this company to anyone, They absolutely don't standbehind thier work.

For a 1 man…read morecompany, they are precise, and care about their work and make sure property is left clean of all clipping, debris, etc. Neighbors ask if I am opening a golf course with how straight the lines are, clean and professional my yard looks every time he mows my yard. I asked how he does it so well, and he said he never mulches (unless distinctly requested), will not mow when the grass is wet (said this only damages the grass and is hard on his mower) and he takes pride in his work. That right there, pride in his work, is the mark of a professional and not a fly by night lawn mowing company. If you need a lawn maintenance company, you will not regret calling DK Lawn. I attempted to stop by the location in Yakima this morning. I pulled and waited for several…read moreminutes, then a guy that seemed like he didn't know anything softly asked if I needed help. I told him I had not been there before and asked what to do. He said people normally park out on the street and they bring them a bin. I rattled off what I had in my trailer, with about 2k lbs of steel and iron in it, and he said he wasn't sure what you take and would ask someone. I told him I checked the website and verified, but ok. Another guy came walking out a min or so later and said, "move your car", I told him I was waiting for someone to check my load and gestured to the fact that I was currently blocked in. He told me another customer needed to leave (who could easily pull out without me moving) and in a very hard, almost yell told me "your going to move right now". I told him I was going to leave, never come back, and leave bad reviews and he just walked off, not caring at all. Meanwhile the 1st guy stood there dumbfounded. I got some help from another patron to squeeze back out and went to another place down the road. I was told by others not to go here because the people suck, I thought I would find out for myself... they were right.

Also a BB net set up in front of the new paved "BB court/patio" - which they installed. When I asked for extra tasks, Joe was quick to say "I can do that." Just had the front lawn replaced with sod, and I love it. Great company and team, I highly recommend them. They clean up, work hard, and show up on time.

They came by same day to assess our issue as well as ideas we had. We had a sprinkler valve broken/flooding our yard and they quickly assessed and had it fixed. They then tackled a few projects we had been needing to get done including additional drip lines for some new plants and raised garden beds. The following week they returned to install a new tree line and privacy fences. It looks wonderful! Joe and his team are super communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. Appreciate their ability to jump in save the day and complete the work! Our new go to lawn and landscaping needs!
