I can tell you that this place is really unique, more like a coffee shop inside a library. This place was buzzing when we came first lunch. You tell the counter person where about you are seated and they will come find you with your food. Since this was supposed to be a light lunch, we just ordered a chicken sandwich and a tomato soup. The chicken sandwich was a piece of marinated chicken breast, lightly grilled, served on a bed of lettuce with slices of tomato in a crunchy roll, with a side of roasted potatoes. As good as any grilled chicken sandwich can get. The tomato soup can best described as " tomato-y", soupy consistency and just right for a cold Copenhagen winter day. We found a sit and we just talked. The fact that we were the only non-Danes, combined with the Danish mentality ("we don't talk to strangers first if we're not wasted") gave me the feeling I was at a cafeteria in the afternoon. What really put me off, was that in the toilet there was only a towel to dry our hands. It wouldn't be a big deal if the guy before me had washed his hands with some soap before touching the towel... and I guess he's not the only one doing that! This was genuinely the most horrific dining experience of my life. Almost an hour had passed and we still had not received any food and the bar man said the food hadn't even began to be cooked after we'd spend over 150 euro. We then asked for a refund for all the food as the other 4 peoples meals hadn't arrived and we had to leave for our flights (we'd been there over an hour and half). The bar man said that he wasn't able to give a refund because the manager wasn't there, and then proceeded to use sexist slurs directed at one of the women in our group who was requesting the refund, which was despicable. It's clear the staff just do not care at all and another member of staff was on her phone while there was a long queue of people. Avoid at all costs as the staff are horrendous, the food (the small amount we got) was disgusting and it is incredibly overpriced. We eventually got a refund when we returned to our respective countries after having to go through the corporate channels with the company.
