Sent a driver to get part 3 days later and the part still wasn't ready (was still in the truck! ) Beyond frustrating. Wouldn't trust a part from them based on their crappy systems and service.

I drove 12 hours round trip to pick up a motor from this yard. When I had previously called this…read moreyard, they sounded confident over the phone, "Yeah it runs good" ; "compression tested 160 all around" (when i compression tested, got completely different results) Once I got it installed, I quickly discovered it had a completely blown head gasket. I spent the next two weeks running diagnostics and tests for them, playing their stupid games, only to find out that several intake valves were totally shot as well. When I brought the test results to them (i even gave them more test results then they had requested), they flat-out refused to warranty the defective parts. They gave absolutely zero reasoning for it. By the end of it, they wouldn't even let me speak to the manager, Dan anymore. He was apparently too scared to take my calls, and the staff just kept making up pathetic excuses for him. Directly after that last phone call, I called my bank, filed a dispute, and got EVERY SINGLE PENNY back. Save yourself the massive headache and find a yard that actually has integrity and backs up their parts. This place is a joke. And to the manager Dan, i hope you see this review and see it didnt work out for you, as im sure you already know.
