They went above and beyond to fix everything and save us money. Helped us with affirm for zero percent for 6 months. I am used to friends being this helpful, but from a corporate store, I was so pleasantly surprised. Carissa in service communicated each step of the way. Our service tech went out of his way to make it better than I expected. Most people will make a point to write a complaint. I wanted to make sure the good service got recognized.

The tractor is doing the jobs they said it would and has made my life easier. When I went to go pick it up a went through a couple trailers because I under estimated the size of my new tractor. While I was waiting for family to bring a bigger trailer I was there 45 minutes after closing, a man from dirtworx stayed after to make sure we got the tractor loaded up safe. This is Not something he had to do considering I pulled the tractor out of there gates because I knew I'd be waiting a little while.
