Due to changes in insurance by my previous dentist, I had to change dental practices. Miracle cleaned the crown, did x-rays and got me ready for Dr. Praschad, who was also great! Both of these individuals were very professional, efficient, informative and helpful. They worked well together. The office "fit me in" and my wait time was zero, once I got there. I was finished and out within an hour with my crown re-cemented, after Dr. Praschad determined that was the appropriate course of action. I am very positively impressed with Timothy Road Dental Care. This was the third time I had been there, for various services.

Dr Clenton was nice however this is a very profit only driven dentist. After receiving my fillings in August (after consulting with two other dentists and narrowing down which ones I actually needed to get done) I was leaving to check out when I felt that the side of my face they were done on was a little higher so I asked the hygienist to bring me back. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, then went back and asked, they asked me twice if I could reschedule and come back to have it fixed. At the time I worked for a doctors office so no, I couldn't come back, and also waiting would have potentially messed up my jaw alignment. Got it fixed but it felt rushed. I no longer have coverage for them, and now I drive almost 2 hours to my dentist I've had my entire life just paid out of pocket for a cleaning simply because they're ethical and care about their patients, not just their wallets. I care to preserve my natural teeth. Don't come here.

I set myself up for a letdown, not expecting his office staff to be as "warm and fuzzy" as what I've experienced in the past. Well.... they exceeded it! Not only were they super sweet to my wife & kids, they were extremely professional and upfront on what the costs of the ongoing work we would be having (no hidden costs or surprises). The office is outfitted with the most up-to-date dental technology. In fact, he uses a 3D printer (obviously more sophisticated than what can be purchased at the consumer level) to make his own Crowns in-house. I'm sold as a forever customer !

Dr. Hall explained all that he was doing and helped my son relax and not be nervous or anxious! They even recovered his broken-off piece so he could "sell it to the tooth fairy"! They are a caring team who does timely work and truly cares about the patient. I generally have anxiety going to the dentist but Dr. Allen eased my fear and explained thoroughly what procedures needed to be done and why. He was very understanding of my fear of the dentist and allowed me to take breaks when the hours of work became overwhelming. The work he did is pristine and solid and I will continue to return to his practice as long as I live in the Athens, watkinsville area. I am a medical professional I appreciated his cleanliness, timeliness and honesty considering his workspace and my appointments.
