That said, getting a concrete quote was difficult -- there were a lot of fees that weren't outlined upfront, and pricing/logistics had to be painstakingly extracted from them. They were responsive (usually within 24-36 hours), but when we asked for more detail, we typically only got answers to the most direct questions, which wasn't very helpful. It's possible they're more accustomed to working through wedding planners than directly with couples.
