It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Great communication initially, but everything changed after the event…read more The company was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, which gave me confidence that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, that completely changed on the day of the event. Our event was on August 1st. About 30 minutes before the event, the rental company still had not arrived, so I reached out to find out where they were. It was only then that I was told there had been an 'accident' and they were unable to make it as planned. They ended up gathering what they could from another location, which resulted in several chairs being missing, 5 umbrellas not being delivered, and the setup not being completed as agreed. My guests ultimately had to step in and help with setup. Which by the way, some items weren't in best condition (dirty). I understand that accidents and unexpected situations happen, and I sincerely hope everyone involved was okay. My concern is the lack of communication and follow-through afterward. Had I not reached out 30 minutes before the event, I would not have known there was an issue. I requested a partial refund for the items and services we did not receive. It has now been 3 weeks since the event, and despite multiple attempts to reach them by text and email, including one final follow-up as a last attempt to resolve this directly, I have received no response. You would think that after an experience like this, a business would at least acknowledge the situation and make an effort to make it right. Unfortunately, there has been no response or attempt to resolve the matter. What's especially disappointing is that they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Once there were issues that needed to be addressed, the communication completely stopped. I understand that the accident was unexpected, but the lack of communication and customer service afterward is what ultimately made this experience so disappointing. I've used their services in the past and they always come through! I requested the Disney princess castle to fit our Disney Princess Theme. They gave me a discount for returning customer. And set up the jumper at the park with a generator on them before the party and picked up on time as well. The jumper was big, clean, had a slide and all the kids enjoy enjoyed it!
