They send annual email reminders now at the beginning and close of the season to schedule your routine sprinkler test and turn-on and turn-off (winterize) your system. Additionally, they're responsive to phone and email (email is preferred for me) and they have their individuals call when they are on the way so if they give you a window of a few hours you can still wander a bit away from the home and have about 15-30 minutes to get back. The individuals who have come out to my property have been polite and prompt and have listened to my needs and adjusted the timing schedule and showed me how to use and update the schedule if I want to make changes. No issues or complaints here. They are doing a good job and seem to have taken some of the feedback for improvement to heart.

He said he wished he had known about the geese prior because the tend to flip the sod pieces. We live on a lake on a golf course. He came to us to do the estimate. How did he not know? We followed all his instructions. Watered as instructed. After a couple of weeks it became clear that some of the sod was dead. It was either delivered dead or just never took hold. I believe it was the former since the grass is growing in between these dead pieces of sod. We contacted them a few times to ask if they would make good. Crickets. When we eventually got them on the phone, he said he figured that would happen because of our hill! This was news to us!! It also makes no sense since some pieces at the top of the hill are green and some are not. We spent thousands of dollars with these yahoos for one reason. To get a lawn. Mission not accomplished!
