Very efficient & to the point, making sure you're comfortable & quick to get you through the process, which I liked. Got there at ten, was out by noon. There was quite a bit of communication & information before the session, which was appreciated. Emails about pre-op procedure, which is very important, & complicated. Phone calls to check in, make sure I had everything & was ready, were very helpful & reassuring. The day of the procedure, I arrived & the intake nurse got me set up, then was wheeled into the operating room, put to sleep & when I woke up, it was done. The worst part as usual (this is my 2nd colonoscopy) was the prep, the endless going to the bathroom. My 1st colonoscopy I was awake, and though it is less complicated in that you are not put to sleep, I didn't like it. This one was pretty painless & simple by comparison. I prefer being sedated. Would highly recommend this facility and staff. Dr. Takyar, my surgeon, was bright, communicated well and felt I was in good hands all the way. The group of four in the operating room worked well as a team. If I had to do another colonoscopy, it would be with this group!

They really take the time to understand her, make her feel comfortable, and make sure she has the best experience possible. As a mom, it means so much to me to see my daughter feel safe and happy at the dentist. I truly appreciate how gentle and understanding everyone is with her. I highly recommend this dental office to any parent looking for a place where their child will be treated with patience, kindness, and care.

My 22 year old had a lot of work done recently on his teeth because it was always so hard to get him in the dentist office growing up, no matter what I bribed him with. Unfortunately, we had a lot of catching up to do because of this. Now, my younger children literally get out the car and run in the office as if we are going to meet their friends somewhere fun for a play date. This is AMAZING, as I know how dreadful a dentist visit can be from experience. The office personnel are extremely friendly, the office is super clean, and Dr. Zaeni is extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. I found them a few years ago when my middle child had a tooth issue that had been infected and I have never looked back. They treated him with such calmness and respect no matter how bad/good the situation was. I take them here regularly now for their annual cleanings. They are extremely thorough without over diagnosing. Their bedside manner is superb, not making us parents feel some type of way when discussing a plan to get our children's teeth on track. They meet you where you are and support you to keep our littles teeth cleaning and upkeep appropriate and approachable. I truly found a gem Dentist right in my back yard. How lucky is my family! Thank you Dr. Zaeni for being so consistent and a safe spot to allow Zaine and Gianni to enjoy every Dentist appointment. What a win all around!

My…read moresurgery was seamless (well, OK, three small seams on my abdomen) and recovery was quick, easy and nearly pain free. EBMT told me that Dr. Kerlin is known for careful work. Since the body is good at healing itself, some surgeons just cut and dissect and manipulate the tissues without much care beyond not doing any real damage. Dr. Kerlin on the other hand, is known for doing the least "collateral damage" reasonably possible given the surgery to be done. And it sure shows in how little pain I had and how quickly I recovered. She also has a very pleasant manner and is very easy to talk to about your condition and the surgery process. The only reason I take away one star is for her staff. Her patient coordinator did a really terrible job of pre-op coordination. I needed to get labs done and an EKG. She said she would mail the forms and instructions the day after I scheduled my surgery, six weeks ahead. Instead, I had to call two more times before she actually mailed them, and they arrived with so little time before my surgery that I had to drop everything, reschedule clients, and spend half a day at John Muir Medical Center to get them done in time before the surgery. I would still use Dr. Kerlin if I need surgery again, but now I know that I have to stay on top of her staff and not let them put things off.
