Paving is what he does, but you really need a skilled grader, and someone who can just see if something is level or not. He is able to easily manipulate the ground and create a quality groundscape better than most people who have helped me in the past. You are hiring this company for their grading ability, quality of work, and longevity. Many future issues will be prevented if you hire this company.

Life Turf Landscaping replaced my grass with artificial turf a few years ago. At the time, they…read moretold me I should turn off the irrigation on that side of the yard, but they never clearly explained why. A few years later, I started noticing sunken areas in the turf that have now become a safety hazard because of how deep the holes are. Based on what has happened, it appears that irrigation pipes may have been punctured during the turf installation. Every time the irrigation was turned on, water seemed to wash out part of the base underneath the turf, creating large holes and unstable areas. They came out once and repaired the issue, but a few months later the holes came back. Unfortunately, no one clearly explained why this was happening or offered a permanent solution. I have tried multiple times to get them to come back and address the problem, especially since I believe this should fall under the warranty. I reached out by phone, email, and text, and they have not responded. I even offered to pay them to fix it, but still received no response. Very disappointing experience. The original installation has led to ongoing issues, and the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating.
