Fidelity came with the home I purchased and seemed to work ok for the one call that I had. I was…read morenew to the area and unfamiliar with any of the local vendors, so I thought it would be a good thing to have until I could find my way around. The people on Nextdoor for my area said they were happy with them so I renewed. Sorry I did. They are pretty bad. I pay a $75 service call (which is pretty standard for home warranties). So far, all but one of the vendors was nice and responsive. You can't choose your vendor and Fidelity has a limited number of vendors in a given area, so you can only expect 2 vendors per 'specialty'. You can easily open your own service request online and a vendor calls you within 2 days (usually 1) to set up a schedule. The call center folks are nice, but they are ESL and difficult to communicate with. You can't get through to ANYONE on a Monday. As of writing this review; the vendor (AV Hawaiin), with whom I was trying to reschedule, could not be reached for 5 hours (busy signal on phone and no vm or text). When I tried to call Fidelity to reschedule or have them contact the vendor, I was on hold for 30 minutes each of the 2x I called before I gave up. Now I have to recharge my phone and try again. I will try to cancel the policy. I know.... GLWT.

He seemed nice and respectful during it. However, right after, he said he had to turn us down because he's too busy and he just signed up some new clients.
