It took you 6 days to tell us you cannot accommodate our request knowing a life was at risk. 6 days you took our money and for 6 days you waited to tell us you could not accommodate our requests. I originally provided 2 addresses where I thought the defendant might be, I was told $110.00 for 5 attempts at any address. I asked for the skip trace since I wasn't sure of the defendants correct address but was advised to wait. Well the skip trace was necessary and with still 2 attempts left, I got charged an additional $85 for them to attempt at a new address. Total cost: $370! I could have saved myself $85+ if they gave me all this info and the correct info up front.

Lied to me about service and cost…read more When I tried to use their process serving report in court both the judge and defendant laughed at me. The defendant had evidence that showed the report was faked. The Judge would eventually determined that Kraig was lying because he claimed that one of his employees visited the address of service, but the papers showed Kraig's name signing off claiming he personally visited the address. Something doesn't add up and I lost money because of it. I switched to a different process server in San Jose CA and the papers were served to the address with no issues.
