I purchased a Banshee from this dealer. At the time of purchase, I was told the Banshee had never been titled (The dealer did not have the title). I reached to the department of motor vehicles in my state to ensure that I could title the vehicle (based on the information that the owner of the dealership had provided). The state I reside in assured me that I could title the vehicle (as long as the vehicle had not been titled). When I attempted to title the vehicle, the highway patrol (during vin inspection) informed me that the vehicle had a title and the vin number had been modified. I have made several attempts to contact the owner of the dealership (to resolve the problem). The owner is never available and will not return my calls. I am now left with moving forward with legal proceedings. I have contacted my lawyer and the dealer will have to deal with the recourse of a fraudulent transaction (which is a major legal matter) read more

I purchased an EF2000IS V2 generator yesterday. I noticed the case had some scuff marks so they gave me $100 off the price of $1099. Nice gesture as this was obviously the floor model. Today in attempting to install oil, as the engine is supposed to be dry, I discovered oil already in it. Also there had obviously been gas in the tank. Is it possible that this generator, sold as new, has been used? I did test everything I could today and the generator works as advertised. The folks at the store were friendly and helpful. Even though they were quite busy, I was in and out quickly. I did go in knowing exactly what I wanted, however. Were it not for my question as to if the generator had been used, I would rate this store at 5 stars. read more

We went on vacation from ca too cops bay to play on the dunes. We went from june 30th to July 7th. On July 3rd I found out my bearings in my axle were gone. They were completely shredded and with a lone star axle and leager swing arm I really didn't need anymore damage. I went to yamaha to see what they could do and if it wasn't a mirical enough that yamaha carried the housing I needed but they also fixed my axle which was pretty grinded up. They fixed the axle and put the bearings in and made sure it fit before I left. These guys were nothing but aces and if you have any problems I'm sure they'll take care of you read more

They have always had all the parts we've needed for our bikes, including a whole swing arm and literally countless parts needed to be replaced. I was riding from my home in Nor-Cal to the Umpqua Lighthouse State Park and enroute realized that my rear tire was worn out. I called around and the guys at Bay Area Yamaha told me they had a couple of tires that would probably work although they weren't the exact size that my BMW came with. I went to the shop and they made me a great deal on a tire that had not been used but had been on a showroom bike. I paid half what it would have been new mounted, balanced and installed on my bike. In the process they found my rear brake needed new pads. The next day I picked up new pads and they installed them for $25.00. Where I live there isn't a shop around that will do anything for less than an hours time, meaning $100. or more. I wish they weren't 500 miles away. Finally made the move to get a Yamaha YXZ 1000. These guys gave me a great price out of the gate (no haggling back and fourth, monthly payment crap), hooked me up with a flag, gave me a nice discount on the cargo box that goes in the back, and helped load it onto the trailer. I'm super happy with everyone in the store. My friend had an issue with a starter that they managed to fix "doing right by the customer" rather than just put in a $700 replacement part. Terrible dealership. Or perhaps just an overly eager to make a sale salesman. Jake was his name. I went to look at 2 youth ATVs. A Raptor 90 in white/yellow and a blue Raptor 50. First off he told me they dont make white and yellow even when I showed him it in the 2017 Yamaha catalog. Problem was ge would have to order it. He wanted to sell me the blue one they had in stock. The 50 was going to have to be ordered. I filled out credit app got approved and said ok well let me talk to the kids parents tp see if it was okay. I was very unhappy at how he kept trying to get me to buy the one they had in stock that had been sitting in rain for God knows how long and was the wrong color. I got home we called around found the nice people at Florence Yamaha who said "yes we can order the yellow no prob." I went there turns out Jake had only tried to sell me the one he had in stock. To the point where he only got me financed on the one. (he said because they didnt have vin for unit) read more
