When calling to schedule for a pick the gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant, so super nice, & answered all my questions. He was most of all patient as well because I've never called a place to arrange a pick up to dump old furniture. They were supposed to give me a price when they arrived and looked at junk. Owner had told me around $150 after detailed description. Charged $375 after they had already loaded everything and left a half truck of trash in the backyard and a big mess. Our freezer had recently broke down on us followed by the fridge. So many things had to be thrown out and we had extra garbage to get it of and we couldn't wait another week for garbage day to have them picked up. I requested an estimate online and received a prompt call back and scheduled for the next day. The crew came out and quickly assessed the damage and they gave me an instant and fair quote. I had basically a truck full to haul away and lots of bulky pieces that were left in the house when we purchased it 5 years ago (old 6ft tall storage units, old air conditioner units, tiles, old carpets, etc.).
