Each condo has a view and the front of the condo's look out over Turtle Beach and the back over the intercoastal - all beautiful. Each condo is fully furnished with fully furnished kitchen, all the linens (including beach towels) you need, beach chairs, a/c, wifi, and free parking. Come check them out! I love the big nice pool. People are friendly, its quiet but not far from the action. You can walk or use the exercise room or swim for exercise, Next door is not only the restaurants but a marina where you can rent boats or go for a "short cruise". No. I have made plenty of visits here and several other warm climate destinations and "barrier islands" and I have never had to deal with cockroaches like this. The floor was dirty upon entry - food and crumbs beneath the couch. The temperature would not regulate - air kicked on and off randomly despite trying to adjust the thermostat. We went from boiling hot to freezing cold each and every night. Large cracks and gaps at the base of doors. We could not even use the outdoor screened porch because cockroaches and lizards making their way in through the large gap. No thanks. Beware and spend your money elsewhere.

Throughout the project there very little communication and the project manager was responsive only after multiple calls. There was no communication or coordination between the project manager and the granite installation. There was also a 3 month delay of the hood, which never arrived and husband ordered one from Amazon, without the help of the project manager, so the size is off. I could continue with the frustrations but you get the idea. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star because the cabinet and equipment installation people were competent and very nice. It hurts my heart to give a business a poor recommendation however communication is key to a successful installation.

They also will charge you if you run more than 5 loads of laundry during your stay (in a tiny washer/dryer)! They will ask you before you leave to start the dishwasher and wash all your towels! Our unit was not updated!! It's like walking back into the 1980's and the units are not clean! The sheets and towels look like they are 40 years old and they all smell!!! The pool is very small and it faces the street!!! Very unhappy!!!!
