We get there and my appointment was for a vet in Wisconsin!!! Being stressed with my sick kitty, I did not look at the location. But Bayshore in MICHIGAN were so professional and caring and jumped into action. Quality care, constant communication with tests and calming me and Rosie down - we both are feeling better. The uppity attitude and unwillingness to apologize for their actions is unforgivable. Took my dog for dental cleaning and they overcharged for a procedure that was not done $220 as well. Called to get it credited back to my card and she refused and wanted to keep it as a. Open credit on my account.Said they have to pay a fee for that and that she would mail me a check. Two months later I physically went there and said I never got it so she wrote out the check, but for less $125, saying that I got him a vaccine the day of the surgury. Told her I would never do that on a day he's having surgury so I was in there arguing about that.

They said that couldn't take her for as a emergency because they didn't have time and told us to take her downstate (which isn't possible in this snow storm) So it is now 11:07pm dog coughing/throwing up blood and probably going to pass away because "They didn't have enough time"
