They typically send out coupons to my email each month that can save some bucks, which I appreciate since dry cleaning and pressing services aren't cheap. They offer a nice range of services and I love being able to both drop off and pickup my items anytime day or night with their convenient automated system. The times that I've interacted with the staff there had always been very positive too. After trying several other area dry cleaning businesses when I first moved to the area, this place quickly became the one I have stuck with for the past several years.

Or how about draping them over a hanger? Anything other than throwing them in a plastic bag in a heap. At least have the professional to admit your error.
