I ended up receiving a phone call on the 13th along with the email but I was at work and could not answer. I have no idea how they got my phone number, but that's besides the point. I returned the phone call on the 13th and was sent to voicemail saying all the representatives were busy or they are closed. They were not closed, it was about 2:15 PM. I never received another phone call or an email from them. It is now the 15th and I called again. I was sent to voicemail again saying they were with somebody closed. It is 3:00PM. I told them they can remove me from their list, I no longer want an estimate from them. If they can't even provide an estimate in a timely fashion, how the heck are they going to show up on time to move me? No thank you.

They wrapped all delicate items in moving blankets and packed everything with care in their enclosed truck; making only one trip from the apartment to the house. Charging by the hour I assumed they would take their time, but they were there to move us as quickly as possible.
