Lamana's knows what they are doing. We packed our personal items, so the crew only had to move the furniture & boxes. They just needed us to direct them as to placement in our new house. In all, the entire process took about 5 hours. We should note my husband is immune compromised and all staff took precautions when it came to pandemic precautions. We are grateful for their professionalism and concern, in this regard. There was a GREAT article about Lamana's in the Albany Times Union on 9/2/20, this is a multigenerational family run business and they deserve the high praise and recognition. Theresa who met me at the front desk arranged for the maintenance staff to meet me at the storage unit. Mike cut the padlock so that I could get into the unit. Theresa provided me with a new padlock and keys which I paid for. The costs were reasonable but even more important was their kindness and customer service. When they said they would help me, they followed through. I needed the assistance and I'm very appreciative.
