They helped me understand and make decisions about what kind of lock changes I wanted to make, cost-options, and hardware purchases that would be appropriate for our unusual situation. Their pricing was very fair and we ended up going through them for everything. Kayla and Eli also have excellent people-skills as our situation contained a couple of interaction-challenges, (on MY end), both on the phone, in person, and in our payment setup - which they also handled, beautifully. When Eli came out to change the locks, he and George were courteous, attentive, focused and fast. They even threw in a couple of extras for me, including using Eli's excellent experience at fixing doors, to fix a stripped screw on our bathroom door. Toothpicks - who'd a thunk? I was very happy with the service, the OEM fob and emergency key cutting service was less than half of what the dealer quoted me and the fob, programing and emergency key have a year warranty on the service. Hyundai makes this process a epic pain, Mac's made it much less painful. I am happy and would recommend this business.

The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business

Ben was very knowledgeable very polite and just a great guy. Stop looking around at all the scammers these guys are legit. The most important thing is unlike scammers they gave me the price up front and that's exactly what I paid don't fall for the low ball.
