Found MyTop which does motorized tops for Jeeps. Slop Shop did the install. Ordered top from them, they had to order from manufacturer... Four months later top arrives at Slop Shop. They were totally professional, did an amazing job, great communication with us, etc. I can't say enough good about this place. Took my 2007 Jeep JK earlier this year and a dream that I could finally overtake minivans on the highway to Jeep Slop Shop. They looked at my tired 3.8L engine and worn out suspension, then replaced them with a junkyard 6.0L LS, 5-speed transmission, and a new 3" lift. It's night and day now driving my Jeep around, no warning lights on the dash, and my steering wheel has gotten firmer from the new suspension parts. Great all around quality work, and they stand behind what goes under your hood. I was expecting some bugs from putting a junkyard GM motor into a Jeep, but was not expecting the fast response and ownership of fixing the issues as they came up. I went in with a check engine light on and Ross found that is was a chewed wired pigtail. He replaced the pigtail but realized a piece had gotten into the tube causing a gas leak sensor . He replaced the leak detection pump and cleared all problems. Christian and Ross are both great squeezed me in when they were super busy and the price was affordable lower than the dealership. Will use them from now on for my Jeep! read more

Wish I could share a good review, but that is not possible given the issues and cost that I have faced. While there can always be issues with installations and mistakes made, Jeep Slop Shop takes this to a new level. I brought my Jeep JL to them to install: - Metal Cloak 2.5" Game Changer lift kit - Metal Cloak front driveshaft - 4.88 front and rear gears - Weld trusses on both axles - Weld "C" gussets on front axle - Weld skid plates on all control arms - New steering knuckles - New ball joints - Dana Spicer Chrome Moly front and rear axles - Synergy rear track bar brace - Rock Jock Johnny Joints (front axle) - Front Metal Cloak Bump Stops During the work, there was confusion on how the front DS CrMo axle shafts were to be installed and it took a few calls to discover the bushing in the inner shaft had to be removed. After taking delivery, I immediately noticed a vibration in the front end that was not there before and it did not drive as well as it did stock. I took it back, they kept it for a few days and found nothing. The vibration continued and after a week, I jacked up the front end to find the driveshaft was turning while in 4x2. The axles were clearly "engaged" and the driveshaft would turn even when attempting to stop it by inserting a bar in the yoke. The shop had no explanation, so I bought a new set of RCVs and they installed them (on my dime). The vibration disappeared, but the drivability suffered. There was clearly something wrong and so I took it to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop discovered: - The front control arms were set up shorter than stock which was causing the axle to be too close to the firewall - Every lower control arm was installed backwards (axle side bolted to frame) - The Front track bar was found to still be set for stock height. This resulted in the axle being out of square to the vehicle by 1.5" - The rear trackbar was found to be off approx. 1.5" - The sway bar end-links were installed backwards (front installed in rear and vice-versa) - Every weld on the axle trusses were cracked indicating they did not properly prep or pre and post heat - The heat shields had not been reinstalled - The front bump stops were not installed (nor were they returned to me) - The MC outboard shock mounts were found to be missing 2 bolts and the upper bolts into the factory mount are incorrect and were smaller diameter than provided I paid the second shop to correct the lift kit and contacted Christian to inform him of the trusses. They picked up the Jeep and removed/reinstalled new trusses and returned the Jeep to me. At this point, I thought that all was well because it drove and handled well. I was pretty happy. Fast forward and 13,000 miles later, the rear axle started producing a lot more metal than it should. It was checked out and the carrier bearings were almost completely ruined due to too much carrier pre-load. The ring gear torque was not correct because the bolts were removed with a 3/8" impact wrench and that should not be possible. The front RCV boots were torn during the installation and will only continue to tear until they lose all of the grease. Last, but not least, many of the welds on the trusses are cracking again. For the record, my Jeep has not been abused in any way and is not the cause of everything noted above. In the end, EVERY single thing that was done had an issue that had to be corrected AT MY COST by other shops. The work done was totally incompetent--save your money and find a better shop. read more

Upgraded my 2014 JKU Rubicon today at the JeepSlopShop... the whole process was smooth. Met with Christian.... we discussed how I use my Jeep (mall-crawlin')...He gave me his recommendations and a few quotes. We set up a date (today).... POOF! Done ! Let me start off by saying I would not go anywhere else. Both me and my boyfriend take our jeeps to Slop Shop.
