Inside wipe down was non existent front windshield was hazy from dirty towels wiping it. But the cherry on top was 2 hours after leaving realizing my rear floor mat was missing. Luckily the next morning I called and they still had the mat. As it turned out, the person I spoke to hadn't entered my appointment into the system, let alone any notes about my preferences. But the Midtown folks honored it anyway. My vintage vehicle was a disaster when I left it at Midtown, but they worked hard to clean it and make it look much better. The price I was given at checkout was about $60 higher than what I was quoted that morning. But considering what a challenge my vehicle presented, I opted not to challenge it.
