Wife's dentures broke in half, called to discuss and set up the best time to come in. Three calls, each one takes you through a menu that ultimately asks you to wait on the line. About 5 minutes on hold each time listening to the same propaganda about how much they care. Finally clicks to a message stating they "cannot answer your call". Says you may leave a message and they will respond within 1 to 2 business days. 4th call was answered and immediately put on hold and put back into the same message loop with the same result. Extremely frustrating! In my opinion, this is a very poor way to operate a business of this type. If you don't want to talk to people on the phone, just state that you take walk-ins only. Otherwise, add staff or an additional link to someone who can take a phone call.

However instead of any work they performed an exam and took more expensive xrays then had the nerve to refer my daughter down the road to an dentist that does pediatric dentist. That is unacceptable billing practice. The exams felt rushed and impersonal. We were not allowed to provide recent imaging and were required to redo X-rays in-office resulting in additional charges far beyond what our insurance typically covers. Our plan includes four covered visits per year with imaging included, and we have never paid out-of-pocket at any other in-network provider. Since switching dentists, we have had zero surprise charges. This experience felt like upselling and back-end billing rather than patient-focused care. If you value transparency, clear communication, and ethical billing, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

She had put crowns on some of my teeth and they were not sealed properly and became abscessed due to not being sealed. Now, after Months of antibiotics and three oral surgeries, I'm still trying to save my teeth that she ruined. She put crowns on two of my back teeth and there was a gap after she finished. I ask why I had a gap there that was not there before, the WITCH then told me that I must have lost a tooth when I was young and the teeth had shifted to close the gap And to close the gap, I would need a bridge there. She said she could remove the crowns and do a bridge, but that I would have to pay for the crowns to be removed and two new crowns to put on to connect the bridge to close the gap. I have a genetic condition called neurofibromatosis. It's not contagious, but I am self- conscious about some of the fibromas on my body. The doctor and entire staff humiliated me.
