You don't really see that level of customer service anymore and I greatly appreciated it. Besides that, they have a great selection of video games and other media (including a massive selection of DVDs and other physical media to browse) along with all sorts of electronics. Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase. This was the first record shop I've ever visited that had my contemporary jams on vinyl at the ready & I was just in hog heaven!! I'm new at the record game, having recently been feeling my experience of an album isn't full without the beautiful album art which is such a special part of the story that is only a tiny thumbnail when I listen on Spotify, so I now feel compelled to hold the album & really vibe with it! So anyway most record shops have amazing collections of older records, which makes sense because that's the way music was done back in the day, but I'm more of a modern woman at the moment wanting to slap my indie beats, so I'm so grateful for what Revolver Records is offering! They did have older records too, all in pristine condition! Really beautiful selection. Other notes: Connected to bar Magnolia & coffee shop Jitterbug that will be opening in 2-3 weeks. Got to have a taste of the craft beer being offered with the super nice owners. I believe I heard they'll be having trivia nights, comedy shows & live performances there, which would be super cool because it'd make for some smaller, intimate shows which I love!! The day after I sold all of it for 150. I left a bad review on their facebook page and he called me threatening me and told me to take it down. I refused and when I did he called me a F*****G B****H and then went to the FB page and deleted the ability to make or see reviews. This place needs to be called "The Looters Castle" they are not fair and do not care. Tell you one thing to get you into the store but then another when you are there. Save your time, frustration AND gas and sell online. They forget who butters their bread...time to show them.

They said I should have the battery replaced and they could do that for 30ish dollars. It turned out the charger they sold me was broke from the beginning. They offered no replacement of broken inventory that was sold, no acknowledgement of the misdiagnosis of the battery problem. Only after a heated argument was I offered something like a $1.50 off the price of a new charger. I was disappointed as I had spending money there for a couple years at that point.

My friend went to the restroom and came back wanting to leave because there was no t.p., but I went and got a young man who had the good grace to be embarrassed and to fix it promptly. I bought three books and got a very nicely prepared cup of coffee at the JoeMuggs area. The franchise has reduced the offerings at the area, but I was always a cup of coffee kind of person anyway. The cashier had to go across to a different register to preorder the new Prince Harry book for me, but it was handled efficiently and I got a reduced preorder price which included shipping to my home and is significantly less than I would have paid on Amazon (I checked). So, it was a pleasant visit to what is more bookstore than toy store and I saved a few bucks. Very nice.
