So far so good .I'm not in pain yay!!! I certainly would recommend him to any of my friends and family or to anyone suffering in pain I think if he can help you he will. I was in serious pain and was seen on the same day I made the call, that in itself is amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was professional and very concerned about my condition. They listened closely as I described my ailment and told me everything that they were doing. When Dr. Blake came in I was very nervous and she recognized my heighten state. She took her time examining me and throughout the process she remained very calm and explained what she was doing. She gave me her diagnosis along with a follow-up treatment plan. The staff then proceeded to take care of all the follow-up appointments needed, from booking my MRI to calling my PCP to get prior approval. That has never happened to me with any other Doctor's office. Usually I'm the one making all the calls. I wish I could give Boston Pain Specialist a perfect 10 but 5 is the highest on Yelp. I totally recommend them if you are looking for caring and professional people.

Some old magazines and a tv, seating for 8 in the waiting room. I prefer her office in Natick, Complete Pain Care, as its a bit more updated than Marlborough (I scheduled Marlborough out of convenience). The shots I get in my lumbar area from Dr. Pearl are relatively painless...a testament to her experience. On my last visit, I noticed a sign that said they take Discover, MC, Visa and AMEX. I gave the receptionist my AMEX and was told that they don't take it. I pointed to the sign and she apologized and said she was aware of it. I didn't want to point out that maybe they should take it down.

Made me think about diet and exercise, made a bevy of good recommendations. Initially there were a lot of tests and diagnostics; actually, now every quarter I go for blood and weight. Annually, a physical and some of the initial testing. I've no critical issues, but Dr. Terzian is keeping me from getting there. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff. However, my observation from coming here for a few years is that staff turnover is pretty high. Offerings and coverage are not only cardio, but flu and covid shots, annual physical, PSA testing, and anything else in between. A solid Doctor who provides a great service.

That must be what what extends your short visits to 60 minutes. I am surprised this practice is not illegal and not getting audited for their shady business practices. Shame on you!
