Best Land Lord/Real Estate/Apartment Rental company I have ever had…read more This is my third apartment and I have been blown away by Rinaldo Realty. Every call- question, comment, complaint - is answered promptly; in fact I don't even usually have to leave a message I talk to someone right away. All maintance issues are fixed within 24 hours and on the rare occasion it can't be fixed that quickly SOMETHING is done as a temporary fix. When my apartment was flooded by my upstairs neighbors- the landlord was there within 15 minutes and spent the next 7 hours cleaning the mess and even offered to pay for us to go somewhere for the day while he fixed things up. When our fridge stopped being cold, or the stove pilot wouldn't lite- he asked which model I had, realized right away they were older appliances. By the time I got home form work- there were new ones. Rinaldo Realty is great to rent from. I'm dreading ever having to move!

We were looking for apartments in Boston and had selected one, but were reticent to sign a lease immediately as the offer on our house was contingent upon the buyer selling their home, which left us 3rd in line. We had a buyers agent helping us out and she did a good job locating the original place on Commonwealth Ave. However, she seemed to fail at the core responsibility of anyone in sales: be responsive and do so quickly. The details don't matter at this point, but net-net her lack of responsiveness cost us the place we had wanted. Worse still, she really wasn't looking to do anything to remedy the situation. Enter Michael Carucci. It was his firm that ultimately rented the original place on Comm ave. When we told Michael about our predicament, he listened to the whole story and then immediately set out to make it right. He found us that same day a *better* place on Comm ave and agreed to meet us that same night at any time we could make it over. Since Michael is the owner of his firm, he doesn't typically handle rentals, so this was all done as a personal favor to us to help us out of a bind. Not only was he very responsive, willing to adjust his schedule to meet us at a time convenient to us, he managed to get the rent on the new place reduced from $4500 to $4000! He was an amazingly helpful guy, and we are where we are now because of Michael. Our experience with Michael and his team, in particular Chuck Hinds, was a very positive one. I would certainly recommend them for real estate in Boston.
