The first time I met Amy, I figured it would be a long day of looking at apartments and going through the typical humdrum of trying to find a place, but she completely exceeded my expectations both organizationally and personally. The first thing I noticed about working with her was how knowledgeable she was about the market, how adamant she was about asking the right questions, and how organized she was. She was also completely honest about her strengths and weaknesses, and about what to expect during the process of trying to find a place with the kind of specificity I had presented to her. This alone was enough for me to want to work solely with her. In addition to her complete knowledge and honesty, she was also incredibly flexible with my schedule, and with the obstacles I was presenting to her. Due to some difficult changes in my situation, I was forced to shift things around, which she handled with grace and humor. Additionally, I asked her to step out of her comfort zone (and her typical area) with some of my housing requests, and she was completely open to making sure she was giving me 100% of her efforts no matter what the situation was, or where I was looking. Furthermore, she was very punctual, and she made sure to reach out with any new information the moment it was available to her. Quite honestly, she made me feel like I was her most important client for the duration of finding a place. That is not only comforting, but absolutely convenient. Throughout the whole process, and beyond her knowledge and organization and flexibility, Amy was also a complete joy to be around. She was humorous, kind, and quite fun to spend time with. I went into this experience dreading that it would be a frustrating and stressful situation, and I realized very quickly that it could be joyful, pleasurable and exciting. I don't usually write yelp reviews, but my experience with Bushari Group was so good that I need to share it with anyone looking for a real estate agent in Boston. Here's the story... I was moving to Boston from Miami for my new job for a new job and needed to find the right spot to live in a hurry. I tend to move around for work a lot, so I've had a good amount of experience dealing with real estate agents and wasn't too excited about going through all of it again. I had been to Boston a few times before, but, admittedly, I wasn't incredibly familiar with all of the city's neighborhoods and what each has to offer. I stumbled upon Bushari Group's website online and found it to be super easy to use and helpful. I plugged in what I was looking for (a 2/2 condo with nice amenities and garage parking) and quickly found a few listing that looked promising. I called up Bushari Group on a Saturday to see if I could view some of the listings I found online the next week. I got right through to Elad (the owner) and he spent close to an hour discussing my needs and explaining the pros and cons of Boston's different neighborhoods, even though it was the middle of the weekend! Over the next two weeks he showed me different properties all over the city until we found the perfect place. After he had helped me find the right condo, Elad went the extra mile to make sure I got it at the right price. Amy worked with my partner and I to buy our first home in the South End. We jokingly called her "Jerry Maguire" because she was so responsive to our needs that we felt like her only client. Amy stood out immediately because whenever we expressed an interest in a property she got back to us the same day with appointments for that day or the following day. She would pick me up and drop me off if I needed it and, when she didn't have the answer herself, she could be counted on to get an answer for you. Beyond that, my particular home buying process seemed to involve every possible quirk. (I put in 4 offers before my current home) The condo association doesn't have a high enough owner occupancy? She has a mortgage broker for you. Property has a high percentage of commercial property in it? She can help you with that too. Oh, you can't get your inspector on the roof because Boston seems to be having a blizzard every weekend this winter? Well, Amy's going to reach out to every contact she has so she can get you a list of people to help you out. And if you don't want to use anyone except your super-cute inspector? That's not a problem, she'll reason with the crazy seller's agent to get you an extension on your purchase and sale date. Amy is protective of her clients and you get the impression that she is way more concerned about your happiness then about making a sale. You get that impression because it's true. My wife and I were moving from Florida to Boston, with no idea as to where to start. I called some real estate marking companies to ask who is the go to person in Boston. The answer - Amy. We were looking more for the outskirts of the city and her agency seemed more focused on the downtown area. But it really didn't matter, from the burbs to cow town, Amy knew it all. I wanted something similar to the show House Hunters where you have a list of houses to look at each day. We all know House Hunters is fake, Amy made it real. She planned out several days in advance our itinerary. This worked out really well since if we had some time at night on our own, we could do some drive bys to get a jump on the next day. These guys are excellent. The first time we called, Elad answered the phone and immediately spent 20 or so minutes just learning what it was we were looking for. He was attentive through every step of the process and showed up dozens of properties before we found the one we ended up buying. When at first we weren't finding much, Bushari Group started sending out letters to houses in the area asking anyone if they'd be interested in selling. The house we ended up buying wasn't even on the market! Beyond that, once we bought the house (a two family) and realized we knew nothing about being landlords for the downstairs tenants, Elad and his group guided us through that experience, getting rental applications, running credit histories on tenants, and getting the leases all set.
