Customer service has been the rule each and every time I have been to Lotsavapes. The staff is attentive from the minute you walk in, and really go above and beyond to make sure that you not only get the product you want, but help you understand how it works and use it as well. Bought a new tank yesterday, and was shown how to take it apart, rebuild it, and properly set the parts so it would work optimally. My go-to brick and mortar shop. I have now given this shop it's final chance to show they actually want me as a customer. Each time I've gone in, the staff has been less than thrilled to help. Today, there were 3 employees behind the counter. THREE. Not 1 of them even flinched when I walked in. They don't carry the coil I was looking for, which is fine, but I was very interested in buying a few bottles of juice. Problem is, I couldn't get any of them to even look up at me. The owner sat there with his head resting in his hand, looking right past me at their damn TV. I truly felt like I was a nuisance. Unfortunately, I've felt the same way every time I've been in this shop. Clearly, I'm not cool enough to shop here so I will be taking my money someplace that actually wants it. @Katie L: if this were the first time I felt this way in your shop, I would have overlooked it however, I've been in your shop several times now and have been treated in the same dismissive manner. What I expected was perhaps a "is there anything else we can help you with?" instead of the "here's your stupid coil. Bye-bye now." Gesture I received. If you truly feel that what you all gave me was excellent customer service then you have a lot to learn about retail. Your shop may survive, but it'll only be due to the fact that you're the only vape shop in Auburn. Any competition moves into the area and you could be in trouble. read more

they gave me false information they dont know what they are talking about!!! i got a glass tank and it broke a day after i got it then i went back and told them and they told me it was because it was running to hot but they said it was Pyrex glass and then told me it brakes when heat is added to it witch is WRONG. so she told me i had to get another one so i did and not even an hour later it broke again i went back and explained and they told me to get screwed I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ill take my businesses elsewhere. read more
