Bought a hookah and dropped a buck fifty for a beauty but once I got it home I found out the stem was not long enough and there was a pen hole in the glass base which caused for a major leak. I tried to walk to the store to hopefully catch someone in it but both times the store was completely empty. This guy has ZERO customer service skills either that or he just doesn't give a crap about his business anymore. I had to do a lot of research to find the correct pods my machine takes then a lot of research finding a site that sold these particular pods until one day I got lucky and found one and ordered. Had I not found this site selling the pods I needed I would be $50 down the drain with a useless vape. The owner is very rude and I don't see him being in business for very much longer.
