These guys are awsome, great ahop! The kind of place where the guys there really are interested in getting to know you and hooking you up with the best gear and juices. They also have some great flavors that no one else in the worcester area have. My favorite is the gemini line, sooooo good. The guys here are real friendly and helpful, deff guna be my go to shop in the worcester area for sure. Good prices and good selection of shit. Only thing I can even say bad is that the upkeep on the tester clearomizer for teating the different juice was a little ruff. Some were giving a burning taste and a few were empty or overfilled. If I could give vaporize negative stars I would, I called vaporize and asked if they had a coil pod for my specific vape, which the guy said yes they did. When I went there I handed the guy my Vape to make sure he knew which coil I needed because I didn't want to spent 15$ on the wrong one. When I got home I filled the coil pod and put it on my Vape ( which yes it did fit ) but it didn't fire when I pressed the button. I looked it up online and found out it was not the correct coil pod for my vape. I drove back to the store and explained to the same guy that sold me the wrong coil that he made a mistake and sold me the wrong one and his reply was " well I thought that was the coil you needed. We don't sell that vape but since it looked like it would fit I figured it would work ". Then I said to him "well when I called then came in and handed you my vape for reference and asked you for a product that will work with my product I expected it to work and it doesn't " Then he replied " well that's the only coil that we sell that would fit with your vape and it was the last one " Then I said " it's irrelevant that that's the only coil you have that would fit in my vape because it's not the right coil and it's even more irrelevant that you sold me the last one because I don't need another wrong coil, I need the right coil that you apparently do not sell so here are your wrong coils and I need my money back" His response to that was " I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to give you your money back just because you made a mistake on what coil you needed " I tried to explain to the guy that the only mistake I made was trusting that he knew about the products he was selling as well as sell me the correct product I needed. He was extremely rude and arrogant about the fact he was not going to refund me the 15$ cash I had paid him and told me that if I didn't like it I should leave and to not come back. Oh and what makes it even worse is that when I got back in my car I realized that he had took the coil I was trying to return back from me during our debate about my refund and then denied taking it back when I went back for it. Even though it didn't work in my Vape I still had filled the pod full of my juice that I could've still used. It really was unbelievable, I felt like I was in either the twilight zone or a hidden camera show. This is especially for the people new to Vapeing, Don't say I didn't warn you if you go in there without knowing exactly what you need because these scam artists will get you the way they did me. I'm sure It wasn't the first time they took advantage of the lack of knowledge situation. He was way to comfortable with his lack of empathy to have it be his first time screwing over a customer. So I've been there a number of times. The atmosphere is inviting, but the guy who I talk to is a very clearly a salesman. He's not particularly talented because he generalizes everything by saying "I know exactly what you need..." even after saying just 'hello' to him. He talks so fast it's hard to understand what he says. I don't know if this guy owns the store or not; they have a good set up, but it he makes it feel very impersonal after I've been there a few times. Without a lie, they know exactly what they're talking about but they're a little pricier than some other places in Worcester. It's not a bad place to go if you're looking for some premium juice, but I would shop elsewhere for the gismo's and gadgets. read more

I just started vaping a month and a half ago. I have visited a few shops I'm the are but have not found them as helpful as this place. Nice shop with tons of juices. I picked up a sweet tarts which I love. The guy who owns it was really cool. Told me to try all the juices, took things out to show me, offered some great advice and I walked out of there with the new kanger pro tank 3! It's amazing and totally makes vaping that much better. Guys are freindly and knewledgable but remain very inconsistant on pricing and you may get told a different story from associate to associate. Last week I went in and was told they can no longer sell coils in singles due to law??? Whatever I have no clue if its BS or not but I needed a coil so I told them I would take the five pack.. How much is that.. $22... okay... no $23 okay fine (singles were $5 up until last week or $23 for a five pack) so I get rung up and low and behold $26 for a five pack! So not only will they no longer give you a few bucks off for buying five but you bent over and charged MORE THAN THEY WOULD COST AS SINGLES.. When I asked about why it was more expensive and was told in typical Vaporize fashion that 'I don;t know what happened' Either way its a cool little shop if you need to grab something quick but I'll never visit it again and suggest anyone looking for coils order from Fasttech for about 1/5th of the price. read more

I have been shoping at this vape shop from when they first opened, the are a good shop with lots of good juice and stuff. there are 2 owners and this is why I have now changed how I feel about this shop. the younger owner is a gret guy and very nice and helpful. but the other owner I think his name is ty? but he just does not seam friendly at all. any time I have dealt with him to ask a question or to try a new juice or mod, whatever it may be, he makes me feel like im pissing him off and acts like im stupid for asking questions. and even the other people working there have told me that it is not me but its just how he is. not the way to be in a shop that needs good customer service. about 1 month ago they reopened after a really nice remodel and posted on face book that on the regrand opening that there would be give aways, discounts and all kinds of cool stuff. when I went in and asked for my 3 favorite juices, and then asked what kind of discount? the kid working the counter looked to that owner and asked about a discount and there was none. never mind any give aways . that crap really isint why im done with that shop. it really is about being treated like im a problem to someone working ther and not feeling like he could care less about my business. and I have now found out some other things I have been hearing around the other stores in Worcester and he really isint a very nice guy to anyone ive talked to at other shops. and he has gone as far as bloking other stores from carrying certin brands of juice because he is friends with the makers of that line. and he has been know to go into other new shops and kinda spy to check his compition, and even went so far as to buy a sample bottle of juice so he could bring into his shop. just not the kind of place I want to spend my money. read more

The atmosphere here was very unprofessional. There were a lot of teenagers just standing around using their pens, so the entire place was filled with so much vapor that it actually affected visibility. The guys seem really knowledgeable, if a little smug and incredibly rushed. The guy tried to rip me off. I traded a provari 2.5 for a mech mod.. and he basically took advantage of me. i found out later that the mod he traded me was a 20 dollar clone. This guy ripped me off so bad! He charged me $70 for tank and 2 small plastic bottles of juice... I was out of town and ran in to buy a coil for my Atlantis. The owner is not very business savvy.... He sold me a faulty tank with my device. I brought it back to exchange for another and he said I had to purchase a new one. I had my receipt and it was only days later, plus the tank was not broken, just faulty. I informed him I have done business with him many times and that I would even accept the cheapest tank he has as an exchange or at the least get a discount. He said no. Above everything else, I have to commend these guys for their amazing customer service. I've been in there to buy vape liquid before, so it's always been a very quick but polite transaction. Today however, I went in with my brand new vape that I was completely clueless about and he helped me with it, even though it was something I ordered online and didn't even purchase from the shop. He recommended the best liquids for my specific vape, but also showed me how to fill it, how to use it,how to change the coils and how to understand how the settings worked. I feel like most places wouldn't go through that much trouble if you didn't buy the mod there, but he was wonderful and informative and just so nice. This will be my go-to place for any liquids or coils from now on. So aside from that, the establishment is also very clean and well decorated. I bought an atomizer and battery from them and come to find out the atomizer they charged me $40 for was actually a $25 atomizer , on a higher priced website , I will never go back there , the atomizer was junk so the kid put a new coil in it and was like try it now, same thing , no vapor and awful taste , so he tried to charge me for the coil he put in ($5)!!!
