She used very nice techniques of abdominal work during the session and it really worked for me! Then the whole texting while working on clients is not professional. Ana is super nice, but I recommend working on professionalism, especially in the aesthetic industry where it should be a private experience.

I paid $145 for what was supposed to be a 45 minute to an hour lymphatic massage, but only received about 25 minutes of it because she was late to the appointment by about 20 minutes. In circumstances like that, I would think that a professional would either offer an amount off because I am paying by the time, or add the minutes that she was late to to make up for the cost. Nope, kept the same price, with time taken away because SHE was late. I should have sought another place at this point, but I like giving people the benefit of the doubt, and it might have just been that day. We all have bad days. I booked another appointment for the following week in the morning. I send a text message to her upon arriving at the agreed time, radio silence. After waiting for 10 minutes, I decide to call. She picks up and informs me that she won't be able to make it today and if I would like to book for tomorrow. She claimed she sent me a text message about this, but there was no text sent. She clearly received my message at our agreed upon time when I asked her on the phone if she got my message. Not showing up on time, then no communication with your client, and on top of that, lying to your client about communication are only three things that make her unprofessional. On top of this, she takes calls, texts while in the middle of a session. I've gotta say -- if I'm paying $145 for a session, I do expect to have your full attention as a service for the duration. If you want to waste your time, then go ahead and book an appointment with them, maybe you will have a better experience than me. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family members.
