As soon as we came in, the atmosphere was peaceful and warm, and Sam T and Tracy further enhanced our experience with their great vibe. My mom is still raving about Sam T. She keeps telling me how comfortable she was and how much her body was improved after the session. She was so crazy about it that she went ahead and booked her boyfriend a session with Sam T right after we left, which is basically the proof. Speaking of my session, I was with Tracy, and she blew me away. She gave me the attention I needed and mainly worked on the parts of my body where I usually have the most stress. The thing I liked the most was her depth of knowledge. She didn't just target those areas but also told me what she was observing and indicated to me what might need more work in the future. The whole thing was very much a one-to-one treatment, and it seemed like she really wanted to help me improve not just for the time being but long-term as well. They both, in a way, almost made us forget about time and totally immerse ourselves in the moment. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

What was more frustrating was that my treatment ended up being only about 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes I expected. I was told this was due to an additional service included in my package, but that wasn't clearly explained beforehand. There were also several issues with the package benefits. Lunch was supposed to be included but was never provided, and I had to remind staff about the $50 credit that was also part of the package. Having to repeatedly ask for amenities that were already paid for took away from the experience. The highlight of the visit was the facial. The esthetician was wonderful, and it was honestly the most relaxing part of the day--I nearly fell asleep during the treatment. Unfortunately, between the shortened massage time, missing package inclusions, and having to advocate for benefits that should have been automatically honored, I didn't feel I received the value I paid for. I hope management improves communication and package fulfillment for future guests.

I've honestly never left a review on Yelp or Google before, but this experience was so good that I felt compelled to share it. I recently purchased a hot tub for my family from Spa & Sauna Company, and Liam made the entire process exceptional from start to finish. Before visiting the store, I had done some research on the type of hot tub we wanted, but once you start looking seriously, the number of options becomes overwhelming--different brands, sizes, salt systems vs. traditional sanitation, lounge seats vs. no lounge, installation considerations, maintenance, and more. When I walked into the store, I appreciated that I could browse for a bit without anyone immediately approaching me with a sales pitch. At just the right moment, Liam came over, introduced himself, and let me know he'd be happy to help if I had any questions. What followed was honestly one of the best sales experiences I've ever had for a major purchase. Liam took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He walked me through several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of different models--including both less expensive and more premium options. At no point did I feel pressured toward a particular model or add-on. The conversation felt informative, relaxed, and genuinely helpful, and it ultimately helped us find the perfect hot tub for our family. But the support didn't stop after the purchase. Liam helped us think through the best location on our deck for installation, worked through the delivery logistics quickly and smoothly, and has continued to be available afterward to answer questions. As first-time hot tub owners, we had plenty--everything from chemicals and temperature settings to water balance and general maintenance. Liam has been incredibly responsive and helpful through all of it. We've now had the hot tub for about a month and our family absolutely loves it. Like I said, I've literally never written an online review before, but this experience deserved one. If you're looking for a hot tub and aren't sure where to start, Spa & Sauna Company has a great selection--and if you want someone knowledgeable who will guide you through the process without any pressure, ask for Liam.

Great job purging, draining and cleaning our hot tub. Will use them again next year!read more

I was way overdue for a relaxing treatment, and Burke William didn't fail to deliver! 10:15 AM on a Friday in late May, parking was easy, and most of the stores on The Row were just waking up. Ascending the staircase to the front doors of BW, almost feels magical. I was quickly greeted, given a key to my locker, and then the doors of Oz opened! The lighting is just right, and the facilities are spotless. The robe awaiting me in my locker, unfortunately, was a size petite... I'm 6'1" 250 pounds though! I encountered another patron (i think) who reached through an 'employees only' door to find a 4XL sized robe which fit perfectly. Took a 15 minute jacuzzi. After helping myself to some cucumber, water and lemonade, I relaxed/napped in the waiting room for about 10 minutes... Waiting for my name to be whispered. The shiatsu/Swedish massage from Deirdre (sp?) was exquisite! Right pressure. Right amount of engaging conversation. She answered my questions and offered suggestions with just the right amount of empathy. After the 50 minute massage, I returned to the locker room for a session in the sauna, steam room, and took a shower. I wish the changing area in the locker room was a bit roomier, but that is my only gripe.

Wasn't really give any other options but to wait till 1:30PM so I did not take that option since I was already in the area at 9AM. Horrible! There's a cozy library area with unlimited snacks, water, and beverages, which made it easy to relax before and after the service. The women's changing room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like hair dryers, vanity stations, hair ties, lotion, Q tips, towels, slippers, and more. Everything felt well maintained and smelled nice. If you need to head out for any dates or event after receiving the service, you can do so easily here. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse Mila was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked where I wanted to focus and spent most of the time working on my back and shoulders, which I appreciated. The steam shower afterward was a perfect, relaxing bonus. There was a small mix up where my friend's fragrance allergy note got assigned to my therapist instead, and since many of the products used have fragrance, it made it harder for her to fully enjoy the experience. It would be great if they improved how they handle those sensitivities. Overall, I had a great time, relaxing, high end, and a perfect place to unwind, especially if you're going solo.

Every visit can vary slightly, but generally the service and atmosphere don't disappoint. I recently booked a Swedish deep tissue massage. It was good and relaxing, though I personally prefer a more intense, hard-core pressure session. That said, the therapist was professional and attentive. One thing I really love about this place is the thoughtful layout. I hadn't explored upstairs before, and I didn't realize how spacious it actually is. The individualized sauna after your service is such a great touch and really elevates the overall experience. The small boutique is also charming and makes it easy to browse self-care products before heading out. If you're looking for a dependable spa experience in Los Gatos with relaxing amenities and a calm environment, this is a strong choice.

As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. All I have requested is a direct call from the owner to address this situation, but to date, that has not happened.

Pros: -She has years of experience although I do not think she knew the doctor delivering my baby or the nurses on staff -She can encapsulate your placenta so it is one less person to coordinate with. -She is excellent with email and text Summary of my experience: My water broke 2 weeks early so I don't remember getting my second pre-natal session. I was a bit rattled the day my water broke but worked hard to keep my composure began cancelling my appointments (dr appointments, massage, acupuncture, etc). It was 8am and I know Paula is a night owl so I didn't want to wake her just yet. I messaged her at 10am letting her know my water broke and telling her I purposely waited so I didn't wake her up. I'm very sensitive to "bothering" people so I think I wanted her to reply with "no, no, it's not a bother, wake me, I'm here for you" . When I didn't get that, I think my subconscious brain felt like I had to be fully convenient for her. Paula and I went back and forth with scheduling over text to determine when she would meet us at the hospital. After checking in with me in the hospital, she said she would leave and come back when I was in active labor. She left us the TENS unit but did not give us a demonstration or directions on how to use it.In that vulnerable state, a nice gesture like leaving the TENS unit was interpreted by me as "leaving me" because we didn't know how to use the machine. Paula told me to call her when I was in "active labor". Even though I took a birth class, when I was actually going through labor I wasn't paying attention to when I was transitioning into active labor... I was too busy being in labor. Finally, a random nurse who was taking over the break shift for my nurse asked me if I had a doula. When I responded I did, she said, "well, you should call her already". When Paula arrived I was in full blown labor. My eyes were closed and I was concentrating on the contractions. She made three comments right away that threw me off and created uncomfortable feelings in me. The first was asking how my husband was doing in supporting me during my contractions. Going in, I was concerned about how my husband was going to do, however, during actual birth, that's not the time to ask for a critique. This was a time when he and I needed to be completely united. Luckily we were. I felt Paula's comment was divisive even though I'm sure she didn't mean it like that. Next, she told me the TENS unit was on full blast and she lowered it. I didn't respond but in my mind I was upset because I felt like, well, how are we supposed to know how to use it and aren't you supposed to be here? We were doing the best we could. The third comment was her telling me I should have contacted her earlier. A lot happened and happened quickly when she left the hospital. I knew that she had appointments because she told me about her busy day in the morning when we were trying to determine when she'd meet me at the hospital. Again, I'm not one to bother people so I never felt comfortable calling her. I never knew when the "right" time was until a nurse said--CALL. When I was pushing, Paula was holding up my leg. I felt very self-conscious about this, even during the worst part of my pain, because I don't like to burden people. I gained a lot of weight and my legs were swollen and very heavy. Paula mentioned as she was holding my leg that she recently had surgery. My first thought was, "oh no, I don't want to hurt her" and my second thought was "stop thinking about anything other than giving birth". I feel with Paula's years of experience, these kind of comments came as a surprise. Pregnant women are already so hormonal and sensitive why say anything that can be misunderstood? The day after my birth, Paula dropped off the encapsulated placenta. I was grateful she did that so quickly. She asked me how my baby was doing. I started answering her question in detail when she stopped me because she needed to go. She had somewhere to be. On the one hand, I get that she had plans since I delivered early. However, I was also under the impression she did not have a packed life because birth is so unpredictable. I think for future births, it would be helpful for her to have time for them during the days she is in the hospital; especially for first time moms like myself. Paula got very, very busy as soon as I gave birth and it became challenging to schedule a post partum meeting. After Paula rescheduled a bit and delayed reaching out, I finally cancelled just because I was so darn sleepy. I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore I was so sleep deprived. So, overall, when hiring a birth doula, you really need to know yourself so you can make sure there is a match.
