Would give zero stars if it were an option. Typical American medical institution cash grab. The staff is disingenuous and rude.

It's not the nurses fault they did the best they could. Always very nice especially when being under so much pressure. Please help your staff hire some more nurses 6 rooms per nurse is way to much. You're putting them in a very difficult situation. Please help them and your patients. The nurses will be able to be more effective, happier and believe me your patients will appreciate it. Again you're hospital and staff are great BUT VERY UNDER STAFFED when it comes to nurses please help them and your patients. Thank you unfortunately I will need some surgery and will be seeing you soon. Hope you fix this glaring problem. Again nurses need help. They are doing great considering the working conditions Help them. Thank you.

But it is a full service hospital with emergency room and attached Doctor's offices. Brought my Wing Man Gary (USAF Pilot, Retired) here to have an antibiotic port installed (Sort of like a permanent IV). They wanted him there at 10am for an 11am procedure. By 12 noon he was done and ready to go home. It's nice when a Hospital schedules a patient and starts the procedure on time (And RARE in my experience).

Her smile, professionalism and personable nature immediately put me at ease. Daniel was my provider and he exceeded my expectations in every way. He explained each step before performing it, demonstrated exceptional bedside manners and clearly has a passion for both healthcare and patient care. He took his time with my treatment, never made me feel rushed and ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Although the circumstances that brought me to urgent care were less than ideal the kindness, compassion and positive attitudes of both Ebimi and Daniel made the entire experience so much better! What could have been a stressful and overwhelming visit turned into one where I felt genuinely cared for, supported and reassured. I walked in anxious and left smiling, relieved and incredibly grateful for the care I received. The level of care, compassion and professionalism I experienced was outstanding. 10/10 experience I highly recommend this team!

It was a long day there, but I knew I wasn't the only patient they had. Thank you Dr Tariq for your caring and expertise. You're clear and detailed diagnosis. At 2:15 pm, I did my call light (the 2nd time.. the 1st was to use the bathroom), another nurse shows up, opposite demeanor of Sam. I ask about when I am due for surgery. The answer? 4pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And the nurse has an attitude with me, i guess because I should have known. But again, I should have asked long before so maybe Nurse Ratched was right. By the time they come for me, I'm involved in a Seinfeld episode. The nurse says they are ready. I said no, they probably weren't. They weren't. I turned the TV back on and caught another 5 minutes of Seinfeld. After surgery, my nurse was Jean who made me laugh, we shared stories and I got to see pics of his wife and child. I go home that night. I lost the letter that listed the max amt of weight i can lift, pull, push, etc. I call St. Anthony's 4 times in the am, 4 times in the pm to get another letter. Now mind you, I'm in pain and I'm on oxy, tylenol and ibuprofen. One dept said they would call me back, one department laughed hysterically. What's so funny? I'm in tears at this point, I apologized for my error and hung up. The surgeon's office refused because I didn't have the surgery at their location. I was told someone from St. Anthony's would call me to follow up on how I was doing. That was a lie and I still do not have a letter. I am just done with St. Anthony's.
