Gas mileage dropped after putting this gas in. 87 octane. The worst non towing mileage I've seen on my Yukon.

Wow, I am impressed! First of all the customer service was excellent. James helped me the day…read morebefore I had tires put on and the day of. He was happy, caring, and offered great customer service all the way around. They should give him a raise because he was the face of the service center and is excellent at his job. He took time to explain about the difference in tires and educate me on what I needed to know. The technician that worked on my car was equally as nice, though I don't know his name. Looks like they have my business from now on. Well done!

This Walmart Auto Center in Terre Haute saved my day…read more After changing my tires at a Walmart near St Louis (not this one, a different one in Missouri), I noticed that my tire light came on. I drove back to that Walmart, and they checked the tire. It was a few pounds low, and they added air. I asked them if they could figure out why a brand new tire was leaking air. They told me that it wasn't a big deal, and that it was only a few pounds. I told them, that I was driving 800 miles and could not afford a mistake, could they please check it? They told me that if I had another problem, to stop at any Walmart in the country. Well, a couple of hours down the road, and the light came on again. I continued driving, but could feel the car pulling left. I was also pulling a motorcycle trailer. The closest Walmart on my route, was the Terre Haute location. I got there less than an hour before closing. They were very busy. I explained the situation. They lent me a floor jack, so I could unhook my trailer and drive up the car to the doors. They put me in line, and within a short while, checked my tires. It turns out, that the other store had not properly installed my valve stem! The Terre Haute store checked out my tires, and quickly got me back on the road. They went over and above by helping me align the trailer ball, and hook the trailer back up to my car. Excellent job. This is the place you should go for tires, oil, and batteries. Thanks Guys!

I got the tires and was given an envelope with the 'paperwork'. When I actually looked inside there was no copy of the contract. I had to ask for it. My first alignment was a nightmare. I had just had the tie rods and control arms replaced but RNR said there was 'too much play' in the front end and they couldn't do the alignment. I took the car back to the mechanic who did the front end work and they said there was nothing wrong with their work. I had to pay for their time to check the work, but no adjustments were made. I took it back to RNR and they were magically able to do the alignment after that. The next month I was injured at work and I ended up on leave from work for over 2 months. I got behind on all my bills and RNR lied to me about the amount owed on my tires right before the same as cash period ended. The price they told me was twice what I actually owed. If I had been told the correct amount, I probably would have paid it all just to get them off of my back. Injured or not, trust me, they will call you regularly (seriously, twice a day) if you get behind on your payments by so much as $5. ALSO if there's a chance you might not have money in your account when they post payments, DO NOT give them a bank account that has overdraft or NSF fees, because they will hit your account twice a day until they catch some money in the account. You can try to ask them to stop calling all the time and hitting your account repeatedly but they won't stop because 'it's company policy'. They will also threaten to repo the tires! WOW! If I had given them a bank account that charges fees, I'd have gone off on these folks by now. They are shady, deceptive people who make a living off of hoodwinking people into paying $1000 for $300 tires. 1ST chance I get, I'm getting 4 new tires and giving them theirs back. DONT SHOP RNR UPDATE: After paying them over $600 for 4 crappy tires, they came and took the wheels off of my car, refused to accept payment to get them to stop. Honestly, its a relief to be done with these a#@$%#*$. But.... my car is up on blocks IN MY DRIVEWAY. BEWARE BUYER.
