I felt as if they put any obstacle for me not to be able to get in there. I don't speck english to well but I completely understand it and I felt as I was being discriminated for my race by making it impossible for me to go through the hiring process as I am 100% qualified for the job.

Which then they didn't show up for a 2nd day! This left my wheelchair bound parents without anyone in the house! And my mother was transitioning to hospice care so needed someone. The team who knew this did not call me in the morning to let me know of the delay (and ultimate no show) and gave the excuse of we don't call people before 7am as it's too early?! WHAT? You are leaving people without care - the sooner we know of your incompetence the sooner I can try and fill the gap!! The wonderful nighttime aides I hired on my own texted to let me know that someone didn't show up at 6am when they were supposed to. Yet the coordinator wasn't calling until 7am?? Then when reaching out to owners, operating officers or anyone I spoke to in the selling process I was even more disappointed. They do not care about your loved ones. They do not know how to handle an emergency let alone business as usual. I dropped them as soon as I could find someone else to step in. It was the worst experience and we have had bad experiences. Do not believe the personable touch you get in the beginning. I actually thought I might be friends with them (Christine) but there was no response after frantic reach outs trying to find coverage for their no shows. Nope she wanted nothing to do with me. The treatment and utter lack of accountability or compassion was staggering. I can not stress this enough- BEWARE of this sham of an organization. I can not select less than 1 star, but when you leave people without care, without caring, you should not even receive 1 star...

Why not go to the first periodontist certified to do so From the initial phone call with the receptionist (10 for her alone ), to the consult, procedure, and post-op visits.... service with a smile pun intended. I was assured it would be comfortable, pain free and so it was. Full mouth LANAP was done in an hour and change. Three little very bearable pinches on the surface of the gums for anesthesia (which was one of my main fears from '04), no sweat. Dr. Lerhman made sure I was cool calm ans collected the entire time. Explained what he was doing step by step throughout the procedure. Just from LANAP, within three months, my teeth have shifted closer together and my overall health has gotten better. My gums are as healthy as can be, mouth is clean, teeth stains from tobacco tea and coffee are gone! 16 years of unhealthy periodontal disease reset in an hour. I am disabled along with plenty additional health problems and even the accommodations to the limitations of my life have been attended to. Please don't listen to the trolls. I'm a satisfied ACTUAL patient.

By of an apology, he said, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding," Whats more, the crown was also rather unattractive: overly thick, angled incorrectly and not the right color. It also protrudes outside the line of my other teeth when the natural tooth was straight and looked fine. Dr. Caruso refunded the $300 deposit I'd paid to get the crown and offered to make it right by doing the correct tooth at no extra cost. However I've lost confidence in his work and went to another dentist. Now I have to spend an extra $1,500 to have the wrong crown redone by another dentist as well as another $1,500 to get a crown on the right tooth. I'm very disappointed by this and won't be returning to him.
