Well I found out the truth, my insurance company received a call from Black Car express that they were short drivers so they were canceling my trip again. I wouldn't even go in there car service if they show up tomorrow, I cancelled all my car services that they had Black Car Express assigned to. That is a lie, since my mom was waiting outside for 20 minutes as soon as she received a call stating that they will arrive "within 5 minutes". 20 minutes later, we called dispatch only to find out they just left after so called "waiting". Waiting where?!? My mom was outside in the cold the entire time!! The second no show was the same exact excuse. As for the third no show, we waited over an entire hour. When we called dispatch to find out what's going on, they told us to wait for another 15 minutes to an hour. So in total, we waited over 2 hours for no reason!!! My mom was hungry and fatigued from the chemo. We couldn't even go get food because they always say, the car will arrive anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. And every single time I send a complaint, we don't get any replies. WHY??? This is a terrible car service company. I wish I could choose the car service for my mom, but it's not allowed. But every time the dispatch calls Lyft instead, because the original call doesn't show, somehow Lyft always shows up on time!!! How hard is it to keep the freaking appointment?!??? Why do I have to make the pick up appointment 3 days in advance when black car express hardly ever shows up??? Every single time they don't show up, I have to spend over $60 - $75 on Uber or Lyft to get my mom home safely. We are not made of money and rely heavily on these services to get to the hospital appointments for the treatments that my mom needs.
