The staff is friendly, and they do good work. I was brought back right on time, and out in less than an hour. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an unimportant patient, even though I had never been there and likely would not be back. I say that I likely won't be back only because their office is located in the middle of nowhere in Bloomington. Dr. "Kay" is gentle and caring. He always makes each visit comfortable and explains everything well. He is very calm. He also makes sure you are well numbed before procedures and adjusts accordingly throughout. The dental hygienist we usually have is delightful, gentle and very knowledgeable about everything. They explain things in a nonjudgmental manner. The front office staff (scheduling and billing) are kind, caring and very helpful. My daughter's front tooth broke in half. Dr. Kay was able to repair it by artistically creating the other half and matching it identically, making it look natural. The quality was so good it has lasted several years so far and still looks great. The office also plays KTIS in the background for an uplifting mood.

I'm really impressed with Personal Care Dentistry after being a patient at Park Dental for years. The hygienists are lovely people (shout out to Brianne, if I remember her name correctly, she's amazing), and mostly good communicators. I had to get my permanent retainer removed, and they offered a much more reasonable price for the work, including replacing it with a better version. They recently made huge renovations to their clinic (thanks to building equipment malfunction on an upper level), so it's very new and clean. They do charge extra for credit cards, which can be a lot when the bill is so large (as it often is with the lack of dental insurance coverage. They do offer 5% off when your insurance doesn't cover the expense). Parking: free in a parking lot

And my front teeth were coming out with new colors palette every time i'd go there. My very last visit ended as I walked away from there office because so called dentist start yelling on me that my teeth are breaking and i need implants. All i was asking to do was to fix his feelings that he did few weeks ago, but they already cracked and the color was nowhere close to my natural teeth. Well, 3 years later i still don't need implants and my new dentist did a great job fixing the mess from Bucca dental. I also didn't see in Bucca dental that dentist would change the gloves going from one patient to another. Please stay away, better safe than sorry!
