Do not recommend. They hide fees. They ask you if you have questions so they can bill you, and yet the question are not answered. Billing department is rude. I had checked twice before going with my insurance to see if the routine exam was covered. So go under your own risk, and do not ask about anything, because it can cause you $140 with insurance. read more

I moved to Dallas, had new insurance and needed a new PCP. I am so thankful that, after looking at covered providers, I chose Christina Roullard, D.O. as my PCP. The process of filling out paperwork online prior to my first visit was painless. When I arrived for my appointment, I wasn't asked to fill-out any additional paperwork. My visit with Dr. Roullard and her staff was one of the most positive I have ever had. She read the paperwork I had filled-out, listened to me and asked questions on information that had not already been discussed. Great visit. My test results were available online the very next day. I had questions about one of my results and sent a message via the myBSW app. I sent the message to Dr. Roullard and she responded WITHIN THE HOUR! This has never happened to me. She answered my question and was able to relieve any concerns I had. A few days later, my pharmacy said there was an issue with one of the medications her office submitted. I sent another message to Dr. Roullard and received notification from my pharmacy that my doctor's office had submitted a prescription. Then, I received a reply from Dr. Roullard via their messaging system. UNBELIEVABLY responsive. Based on my experience, my husband has an appointment to begin seeing her in September. read more

The doctors, staff, everyone, are just awful. I was being treated for acute anxiety for the last twenty years and came here on referral from my doctor at Baylor who had just retired. Not only was my entire medication regimen completely shut off, but the doctor, Christina Roullard, offered no explanation on how to wean myself from my medications that had, until now, worked perfectly. She was cold, harsh, and leaned on her own misunderstanding, not having even taken the time to read my chart or my medical history (based on some simple questions I asked her before she rushed out to another speedy check up). $389 for a physical that included about two minutes of the doctor telling me I would no longer be taking my medications due to her personal beliefs. Just an evil person with no bedside manner and a staff who rushed me out the door in a state of high anxiety and stress. It's all about money here and hopefully they'll get what's coming. Based on other reviews, I feel at fault for not checking out this clinic before even showing up. read more

Save yourself the stress and headache, and go elsewhere. A routine annual physical and lab testing, is now costing me over 500 dollars. After being told that my insurance (bcbs) was in network and I would only be responsible for a copay. The visit was useless, got. I thing in return. The medication prescribed costs over 1,000 a month out of pocket, because insurance doesn't cover it. The lab testing done, not covered. The therapists referred don't return phone calls, and don't accept insurance. So all in all, it was a very expensive routine. read more

I must say that my. Experience with Baylor Scott And White has been the best experience with any hospital,that I've ever had. Polite, kind, busy but always giving you the extra. They may not be perfect all the time , but the times I've been there they have been top notch in Down Town Dallas. One nurse said we meet people on some of the worst days in their life. We are trained to try and be the best part of that bad day. Even if it mean giving a cup of ice on a hot day to a homeless person to a warm thick blanket to a person who is freezing in the hospital . Most of us are not taught compassion we are just compassion filled people. That's why when my 25 year old was stuck and killed , knowing that she was taken to Baylor downtown gave me some comfort. Because I know, she was treated not s just as mother Jane doe. In fact the doctor said she had on a medical jacket we thought she was one of ours. Dr. Paul Muncy has been our internist for well over twenty years and we are going to miss him terribly. We cannot find enough words to express how much we appreciate the professional care and compassion he has given to our family. He has simply become our friend, confidant, and advisor, as well as our favorite doctor. He has seen us triumphantly through Guillain Barre Syndrome, Cancer, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Pneumonia, Various Infections, High Blood Pressure, Broken Bones (to name a few). We highly commend him for his knowledge and extreme loyalty to his patients, (not to omit his fun personality) and cannot imagine any other internist filling his shoes. My doctor said to give medprovider's (horrific) phone system another chance, so I did. Ten minutes on hold, just to get transferred. Then another hold, much shorter, to find out that they couldn't schedule anything until I talk to the doctor (again!) and get an order. Have a nice day -- with another provider, I'm thinking. Called my doctor and, oh, no, they didn't mean call medprovider. They meant someone else. Ten minutes later, and I have an appointment with another provider. No muss, no fuss. No order required. P.S. Review is for medprovider, the corporation, and what it provides (scheduling, billing, and a building). I know enough to review the providers on their yelp pages. read more

I have used MedProvider since the mid-1990's. While like any practice they have experienced changes, none of them are so terrible that I wouldn't want to be a patient here but they are not stand alone providers and operate as any other large practice does. It is just the way of the world. When my first Provider retired, I transferred to another one. As he has now left Dallas, I am beginning with my third provider and happy as can be. I also see an Endocrinologist there. I've never had issue with getting an appointment when needed. My experience over all of these years has been 5-star all the way. read more

don't go here. seriously. just don't. i've never had a great time here, but it's been fine in the past. they're efficient and don't seem to totally care, but whatever. this time, i was in for a routine physical (that i'd had to schedule out over a month) and take time off work to go to. appointment was at 10:45. got here early. checked in. waited an hour. realized everyone around me had been called back and most had left already. asked what was going on and my doctor isn't even in the office this week. the icing on the cake is you have to pay to park and they don't validate....even when they make you wait an hour because they're incompetent. read more

I got lost trying to find where I needed to get lab work done. I went to the address on the printout I was given. Wow! What a mistake. They acted like I told them they are going to have to work on their birthday! I went to the wrong office, said the nurse cradling her head in her hands, trying to deal with my stupidity for getting lost and needing help. The other nurse gave my eye rolls for answers to all my questions. It was my first time in that area, I was completely lost, soaking wet from the torrential rain we were receiving. I was rerouted to different labs, all while getting an attitude from every receptionist & nurse. Incredible the level of poor service! I refuse to go back there. read more

An absolutely miserable experience every time. Third world care with a first world address. If you want to feel like a cow in a herd, this is your place. They couldn't care less. An infuriating practice from scheduling to billing that makes no sense. Try calling them sometime--be sure to budget at least 20 minutes on hold before you speak with someone who will probably blow you off and make you feel like a zero. The doctor I saw at medprovider was concerned, first, with protecting herself from liability by running as many tests as possible and, second, with doing as much to the patient as she can possibly justify in order to run up big bills. There was little to no concern about the outcome for the health of the patient. She refused to acknowledge that the drugs she prescribed were causing me significant harmful side effects. The business office called me to collect an amount I had already paid, even though my payment was shown on a subsequent statement of account they had sent me. They charged for a test that wasn't even done. I quit showing up here bcause it was hazardous to my health. The nurse who drew my blood was in a big hurry and withdrew blood so fast I passed out and almost went into shock. read more

When Baylor joined Scott & White they closed offices and merged Baylor physicians with MedProviders. I have had bad experiences each time I've been there. The lab employees are unprofessional, rude and treated me the worst I've been treated in a medical setting. The telephone system is antiquated, the phone rings and rings. It's almost impossible to make an appointment. When I've had appointments, I've waited up to 2 hours watching other patients come and go. I don't know if it's my doctor or a combination of things. My gut instinct tells me to leave Baylor S&W Medprovider. This is not the medical care that builds trustworthy patient-doctor relationship. It's a shame because I do like my doctor. It's this new system that's the problem. read more

I was running a few minutes late and called to let the office know. They replied if you're later than 15 minutes don't bother to come. Set me up for a bad first impression. When I got here I could see it is set up to get you in and get you out as fast as they can. Also, my time is important too. What if the doctor makes me wait more than 15 minutes? read more

Accounting office won't respond to email, snail mail, voicemail or Better Business Bureau. They can't keep track of accounts and have sent mine to a debt collector without even bothering to contact me to pay it. The one bill I received didn't match what they told the debt collector I owed. If I didn't like my Endo, I'd be gone completely. read more

I was with Med Provider for over 15+ years, my PCP was Faye Simon which was a great physician, as soon as Scott and White took over, everything changed. I use to be able to call in and schedule a visit with no problems. When the transition took place, it became more and more complicated to get a scheduled appt. I asked my doctor where has the patient quality care gone??? I told her, I used to be able to come see you and know that you cared about my health and wellness, but now it seems as though your always rushing me out the door... She is no longer at the practice now and the last time I went... Some new doctor that I saw, seemed only concerned with what medication he could get me placed on but knew nothing about my history or health... Needless to say.. I'm no longer a member of Med Providers group. Bad mistake Baylor, you need to realign your priorities with your Provider Practices, stop making more of patient quantity care and think patient quality care or your going to lose a lot more of your patient!!! read more
